I am not a person who will drop a complaint cause I always tell myself to be understanding. But this time is seriously pissed me off. Ok first when their postman called me my phone was not with me so I missed the call. So about 1 hour later, I called the postman and he didn't accept. Alright so after that I decided to contact him through whatsapp. I apologise for my late response and inform him that I am staying home. (I stay condo and normally they have to come up and pass it to me, even if I not home, pass to my family. And that day I and my family never go out for whole day) so hell yeah he never come up and trying to give me. Then I tried to understand that maybe today is busy so nevermind I could discuss and rearrange time with him see whether have to pickup myself or they will be sending it to my house again. But that f*cker did not reply at all, not even a seen when I f*cking saw he is online. Ok so until evening time, he finally read my texts with a double blue ticks there I am so glad but that f*cker don't even send a single reply when I say "please reply awhile so I can discuss with you". Please be noted that throughout the conversation I never be rude to that person, no scolding, no blaming. I waited for two days until my bf tell me that if they never update and just left your things at office they might send it back to china once you never claim back by yourself. I am like madafucker why you don't want to tell me to pickup myself or what. If I wasn't home, or no one home then I will go office pickup myself but point is I and family stayed home for whole day and that person don't even come my house that day apparently I am. Not sure that whether is cannot find my house or haven't come here. Stupid [censored] please at least pick up the phone.
After waiting for 2 days, my bf decided help to go ask office cause I worry my things will be sending back to china if they really left it my things there. And yes my things are there. I am so glad when I finally got my things. But guess what my bf told me he witness the process they ignore and reject to ans the call and this is really making me mad, super mad. Cause at first I think maybe is postman personally problem but it's f*king whole office having stupid attitude. They were all on their phone and ignore the calls. F*ck man this is so ridiculous. I mean, hey [censored]es you guys working as front line staffs who doing customer service, no matter you want or don't want, you happy or unhappy, you have to f*cking pick up the phone. Please pay your respect to your customers and just quit the f*cking job if you don't like to pickup the call. So abx express please make some effort to get the better employees kay or else you gotta clean up all the [censored]s in future. God bless you.
