Please faster faster faster send my parcel to me..oldy few day still no send to county me n no send to me...why so late..can faster...hardworking please...my parcel no is LZXLA0000871250...so please faster send to me...

Bad experience with ABX Express which my parcel out for delivery not during office hour. If so why don't they just working at the midnight or 24 hours service. Also I didn't received any phone call from deliverer, so irresponsible and unprofessional worker and company.

I hope they change their delivery time to standard office hour or just sent the item by the next day if it near to late.

I from last month until today I still waiting, is it take me long times waiting here!

and how your company settle in this type of case here!

abx bintulu tutup awal.adakah mcm itu cara abx bekerja di sini.nak harap hantar rumah sudah 2 hari belum hantar.pergi jam 4 pm tetapi sudah tutup.jadual tutup jam 5.

Untuk makluman pihak pengurusan abx, terdapat keraguan dengan perkhidmatan yang dibuat oleh staf abx semporna, sabah. Ini adalah kerana saya tidak pasti adakah ini adalah sistem yang digunapakai oleh perkhidmatan abx ataupun sengaja diada-adakan oleh abx semporna...

1. Mereka menggunakan sistem nombor giliran... Tetapi nombor giliran tersebut sangat terhad... Seawal jam 8:00 pagi nombor giliran dah habis.

2. Sangat sukar untuk dihubungi melalui telepon untuk mendapatkan maklumbalas berhubung dengan barang kita... Menyebabkan kesukaran bagi kita mengetahui samada barangan dah sampai ataupn belum di semporna... Sebab kalau semak dalam sistem hanya sampai tawau sahaja.

3. Mereka lebih mengutamakan perkhidmatan rider berbayar daripada pelanggan yang datang sendiri mengambil barangan...Ini menimbulkan perasaan syak bahawa ada sesuatu yang tidak kena dalam sistem pengurusan mereka.

4. Sikap mereka yang kurang mesra dan kasar kepada pelanggan bila berurusan dan memberikan maklumbalas kepada pertanyaan yang diajukan.

Oleh itu, adalah diharapkan agar pihak pengurusan abx dapat memantau situasi ini seterusnya mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya demi untuk menjaga nama baik dan imej perkhidmatan abx ini.

My ordered product from shopee havent being delivered yet as I have been waiting for almost a month. The seller shipped the product by using abx since 14 november 2020 and like I said its been almost a month and the product is still in shipment and stuck at abx branch bki.

Bukan sskali benda ni jadi..sudah berkali - kali..tiap kali barang OUT FOR DELIVERY akan terima notification HOLD BY ABX..Courier lain tdk pulak mcm ni

I've not yet received my item in 1 month already can I know whatt happens? Please update. I check my tracking number but still parcel out for delivery whattt happensss?

The delivery status that updated by the abx was so lying. They never deliver the parcel but system saying out for delivery. All day being waiting but they never show up. At the end parcel didn't deliver but system say it's successfully delivered(17 Nov). Who you deliver to? Ghost?
So many times go to abx and check for it but still no answer and no result. The attitude and service of the staff was so disappointed. After long waiting, finally received message can get my parcel (29 Nov). After that, go to abx Sandakan and being waiting for almost 3 hours but still no one entertain. What the..

I had been waiting at home since this morning after system showed out for delivery. Keep waiting until 5:30pm still no dispatch turn up. 6pm I checked system and it showed delivery completed. Where is my parcel gone? Called the dispatch more than 20times not picking up. Messaged him never reply. What a terrible service.

Masih tersekat di abx kota kinabalu. Sudah hampir sebulan. Sudah email tapi tidak dapat balasan lagi.

What the hell, I supposed to receive two parcels and u, abx just give me one parcel. This particular parcel is damaged any inside everything is wet! N the other parcel ur kk representatives answer my call said: one said still in subang. One said in kk operation centre. One said at delivery van. Where the [censored] my parcel is? Subang said in kk office. I just need an answer and wat answer u give me and u do not even apologize to me!

My items with tracking number LZXLA0000767323 and LZXLA0000779084 has not been updated since 24 November. The last location is at Kota Kinabalu. Please update it as soon as possible. It says 'preparation for delivery' and 'handed over' yet it has not update the tracking number for me to track it. And another item with tracking number SHX16986010CMY has been delivered to wrong person. Which it was supposed to delivered to Sri Aman but instead it was delivered to somebody at Kuching. This is very dissapointing! Please check it again to who they delivered the item. Please upgrade your service ABX. Thank you.

I didn't get any update about my parcel since 19 november. I already call the abx agent and I didn't get any solution. Please reupdated about my parcel :) it's already 1 week stuck at abx subang jaya :)

I am complaining about my parcel. In Keningau, Sabah, you need to pick up your own parcel at the Abx center. So, I already went there few days ago to get my parcel. But, the worker simply said "we couldn't find it and they said they will deliver to my home as soon as they found it".. But it has been 5 days since my parcel has arrived Keningau, Sabah but I still haven't received it. I am very disappointed due to your services. Please check on my parcel (SHX37031148CMY) Thank you.

Parcel Reach abx kk branch from china 17/11/2020.

This is the worst courier that i've encountered for my order. Two item still in pending status for delivery and no action been taken from them ' ABX Express '. After made a few email, call, and also made a complaint through Shopee. None of this works for them. One item which is still in waiting for domestic transit to BKI and there's no update on that. Pending 'Parcel Departed' since 19 Nov 2020. Call them and your CSR told me with a arrogant accent that I need to wait for maybe a month for this to ship due to there's no flights. Please advise it ASAP and delivered to me ASAP as I have lose my patience here. Another item, which is have been stored in your Warehouse BKI and there's no update on that since 8 Nov 2020. This is totally out of mind! Your CSR at BKI keeps repeating the same word that they will send it! But nothing happen! Please advise on this matter and delivered to me ASAP. I swear I will made a complaint to the board my parcel still not yet deliver to me by this week!
