I had a broken spring that I submitted to my warranty company. I was scheduled for 4 days later with INTEGRITY. I called them and I spoke to [name] about a sooner date. She accommodated me by scheduling a tech for the SAME DAY. [Owner's name] came out ON TIME and performed the repair. The entire time [Owner's name] was answering my questions, explaining the system and made me feel like I meant something. I highly recommend this company for garage door needs.

The owner, John, made arrangements to arrive the following morning per my request, he arrived on time, texted me when he was on the way. John told me he would take a look, diagnose the problem areas and offer a solution at the same time. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable, showing me his findings. The estimate was reasonable and I approved. The following day Integrity Garage Door Repair arrived on time, with all the parts required to complete the job, John worked efficiently and effectively to finish the job timely. It's great to do business with a trustworthy and competent company that focuses on customer satisfaction. I have added Integrity Garage Door Repair to my real estate team, and will be calling them for all future garage door work. Kudos to Integrity Garage Door Repair!
