They didn't fix my washing machine

They didn't fix my washing machine. The technician asked me to go to Home Depot and finish it myself. When I called back during the 30-day warranty, they said they would call the technician and find out what happened and when he could come back. However, they never called back. When I called them again, they were very rude because they're a small mom and pop shop. They said we were supposed to call our insurance company, but that's not what I was told. Some guy in the background claimed to be the owner, ***, and told me to call the insurance company and not contact them again. Now I have to pay $85 for another technician to come out, and *** said I can't call them again, so I need All Star Appliances to pay the $85. I have call records to prove I called within the 30-day labor warranty. They came on May 10th, and I called back on June 2nd.
