I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a television purchased from your store in Chunnakam, Sri Lanka. The TV was bought only a few months ago, and recently, it has started showing two vertical lines on the display. This issue appeared suddenly, and we have not caused any physical damage to the device.
However, when we visited the store to report this issue, a staff member told us that the problem was due to a child throwing a remote at the TV. This is completely false, and we feel this is an unfair assumption. We believe this is a panel issue or a manufacturer defect, which should be covered under the warranty.
We are disappointed with the way the issue was handled at the store and would appreciate a fair resolution. We are attaching the warranty, bill of the TV for your review.
