Abans.com — Poor customer service
My complaint to you is about your service at your showroom at Kottawa. The staff over there is not at all customer friendly and not interested to promote the products. The manager is missing most of the time from the center. They seem to be not having much knowledge about your products and not interested even to find out the information and assist us. We want to buy a new A/C as we already have one LG unit which is very good, used over 10years. Unfortunately, due to the impoliteness of there sales officers, we were compelled to change our idea and bought one from singer.
We know the value of Abans but train your staff as otherwise, you tend to loose a lot. A loyal customer.
