The manager at Aaron's on Norris Freeway in Knoxville Tennessee is very rude to me. Every time I have talked to him, he has been that way. The manager's name is Guy. If anyone wants to do business with Aaron's, don't let him be the one that takes care of you.

He was rude and I will not to be business with Aaron's if he is still the manager at that Norris Freeway store ever again. He really upset me.

Guy the manager is rude person. He needs to be fired. I made a payment on the 1/08/2016, He called me on 1/21/2016 saying I have an outstanding balance. I have proof I made the payment. So to those people in the corporate office, FIRE GUY...
