came out to repair our furnace within 2 hours of calling him. He was really professional and quickly determined the problem and efficiently replaced the part. The price was really reasonable for an emergency call. I would highly recommend this company.

My furnace quit a week before Christmas. I called everywhere local and no one could come in the next 3-4 days. *** was kind enough to make the drive out to me that day. He was informative, kind, helpful, and had my furnace running in no time. We are very thankful for ***! Excellent work and reasonably priced! Highly recommended AAA Heating and Cooling.

and his crew were great to deal with and provided top-notch customer service. We had our 44-year-old furnace and old water heater replaced with a *** hi-efficiency furnace, B/W water heater, AprilAire humidifier, and added a *** A/C Unit. They also rearranged the furnace and water tank configuration for easier routine maintenance, and gained some bonus space in the utility/laundry room. Good job guys!

Dean and his crew have always been great. I've been usin AAA Heating and cooling for 4 years for all my furnace needs and I won't use anyone else. I just had to get my old furnace replaced this year, AAA heating and Cooling did an amazin job. Dean has always be honest, fair and very friendly. Bein a women it can be hard to find a repair/maintenance company that you can trust, but AAA is one company that I trust 100%, so much I will be lettin them take care of my plumbin needs as well.

I had a couple of issues with AAA Heating and Plumbing. Firstly, they missed their appointment not once, but twice. The first time, they were running late and ended up coming after 6pm, which is considered after hours. To my surprise, they charged me an extra $100 for this inconvenience. However, I voiced my objection and they eventually withdrew the charge.

During their visit, the technician replaced the thermocouple, but unfortunately, he forgot to switch the fan back to Auto mode. This caused some confusion as I thought the problem might be with the thermostat. So, I went ahead and changed the thermostat, but it didn't solve the issue.

To make matters worse, when I contacted AAA Heating and Plumbing again to have them take a look at what was wrong, they missed the appointment time once more. Frustrated, I decided to call another furnace company for assistance. Surprisingly, the solution was quite simple. The new company just flipped the switch to Auto mode and the problem was instantly resolved.

Overall, my experience with AAA Heating and Plumbing was not satisfactory. Their missed appointments and the oversight with the fan setting left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It's a relief that I found another company that was able to quickly and efficiently solve the problem.

I met the team at the home show and I really liked the small things they did for their furnace installs. They had a curve at the bottom of the air intake to direct air into the furnace, and they placed the A/C coils higher above the furnace so it's easier to clean. The equipment looked really good as well. The installation went smoothly, although they did order the wrong part initially. But they came back the next day to finish up and make sure everything was perfect. They did have a bit of trouble reinstalling my humidifier, but they didn't complain and came back to fix their mistake. Overall, I had a great experience with their service. I highly recommend them.

I had a hot water tank stop working a day or so ago. I started calling different plumbing and heating companies to get a quote for a new water heater. One company came and gave a really high quote and also made me feel pressured. They kept saying they were the best in town. Maybe they are, but I found a company that gave a quote, stuck to it, and did an amazing job. AAA Plumbing and Heating did the job, they were efficient, and they were able to provide their services the very next day, so I didn't have to wait long for hot water. I want to give them a lot of praise and thanks for a job well done. In the future, I will definitely go to them for any plumbing needs.

I called AAA and talked to Dean 'bout my furnace 'cause we had no heat. He came out right away and checked it out. In like 5 minutes, he got it runnin' and we had heat again. After lookin' at my furnace real good, he told me I needed a new one. He gave us a quote right then and there. We checked out other furnace companies too, but Dean's price was in the middle. We decided to go with him 'cause we felt like we could trust him and he could work with our schedule. His team showed up on time, super friendly and fast. I'd recommend AAA and Dean to anyone. Thanks a lot, Dean, for all your help!

Our furnace went down just as the weather was starting to get cold this year, Oct. 2021. We called AAA Heating and Plumbing right away as we had called them years ago and had found them to be fast, reliable, and reasonable. Our daughter's furnace also needed to be replaced the week before, and we recommended them to her as well. She was more than pleased. We had called this company on a Sunday afternoon, and *** came out from *** to our farm which is an hour north of the city, the same night. He called us the next day with an estimate both to repair the furnace and to replace it. As our present furnace was very old, we decided to buy the new one. *** and his team came out three days later and replaced the furnace and updated our thermostat as well. They were fast and courteous and were finished by mid-afternoon. If you want excellent service and reliability, this is the company to call.

Our furnace went out in Nov 2019 on a Sat morning during very cold weather so I called Dean for service. He said he could get the furnace running again, but the air conditioner wouldn't work because it needed a new transformer, which he would have to find later. He also replaced a thermostat that was only 2 years old and charged us an extra $150, bringing our bill to $613.15.

Then in April, I called him multiple times to see if he had found the part we needed for the air conditioner. Every time I called, I had to explain why I was calling. Finally, on May 7, he came out and after an hour, he told me that the part wasn't working. He said he would come back the next day with another person to fix it. However, he never called or returned, and now, with the hot weather, our 2-year-old air conditioner still isn't working.

So, I called another reputable AC company, and they told me that Dean had cut and disconnected the safety furnace wires, putting our lives and home at risk. We had to pay additional costs to repair all the damage he caused. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them!

I got an air conditioning thingy from AAA Heating and Plumbing in Calgary on August 22. It cost me 2 grand. But guess what? The darn thing stopped working and now my house is like a sauna at 27 degrees. I've been calling and texting those guys like a gazillion times from September 5 to May 30. And you know what they say? They're too busy or tell me to call back later. They even promise to call me back, but they never do. My warranty is gonna end in August, so I just want them to fix it before it runs out.

AAA Heating and Plumbing put in a new furnace for us on March 29. They gotta get a gas permit for that kinda job. The quote they gave us was $***.*** plus GST of $***, making it a total of $***. They told us they got the permit and the city would send an inspector. But after three weeks of no word, we called the city and they said no permit was pulled. We tried contacting Dean, the owner, seven times from April 22 to May 27, but he never responded except to say he'd send the permit number, which he never did. It takes forever to hear back from him, sometimes days or even weeks, and all he says is he'll send the permit number. This company also goes by 'AAA Heating and Cooling' and '***'. We need that permit number so we can get the work inspected and make sure there ain't no problems. Plus, they charged us GST but didn't give us a GST number.
