Having had several friends who were plumbers where I used to live, I am a bit "picky" about who I have do any plumbing work for me. All About Plumbing came highly recommended by friends here in the Hendersonville area and I agree that they are professional, reasonably priced and very nice and they arrived on time. Kudos to the two fellows who came to my home. My dog liked them too!

Excellent company. From my first phone call and the detailed notes taken by the office. To the same-day dispatch and subsequent diagnostic and timely repair of an emergency situation I had.They were professional and did meticulous work for a fair price. Excellent company I was glad to find them. And I chose them off of their excellent reviews on Google and they did not disappoint. All About Plumbing & Septic has a most excellent company.

Because of a hurricane dumping tons of water in our area, our septic tank was full of water and was backing up. I asked a friend for a recommendation for a septic company and she recommended All About Septic. They came out promptly (even moved my appointment up when an opening became available) and worked diligently. I found their staff to be very helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I have used all about for Septic and installation of a gas line for a generator. In all my interactions they have been professional and courteous. The work they did was done to high quality standards. Their SMS communication notifies me before they come so I can coral my dogs and make arrangements for work-from-home meetings. I would highly recommends All About for the many services they provide. I am currently requesting a new Heat Pump quote from them.

This is the absolute best plumbing, septic, and HVAC company in Western North Carolina. I would recommend them for all of their services. I recommend them to my neighbors. My neighbor called them about a broken water heater and flooding. they came immediately and worked until 8PM to restore her hot water. We have used them consistently since 2018 and I would never use anyone else for plumbing and HVAC. Now, they support Generac generators so we will move to them for service when our warranty expires.

We highly recommend All About Plumbing & Septic! We had a septic issue arise today. We called them and they worked us in their schedule right away! Tim was the technician that showed up. He was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with every aspect of our service from the pleasant customer service on the phone and promptly scheduled appointment to the quickly resolved issue and reasonable fees. We are very thankful and definitely look forward to using them for any needs that may arise in the future!

All About Plumbing came to my house on May 25, 2022, I had a water leak in two places. They charged $680.00 dollars, I asked why it was so high and they said that was the price of it, they took the check and cash and left and never left a receipt on the 25, I called the office the next day and the lady e-mailed me the receipt, which they should have mentioned before they left. Instead of replacing the pipes they have on the receipt, they repaired leaks on 2 tee fittings on the pipe. I called the manager and he came out on Friday, April [insert date], today is May 12 and still no answer. It still is too high even if they did replace pipes. Going around taking advantage of people because they have water leaks.

All About Heating and Air installed my new Bosch HVAC unit, indoor and outdoor, and Honeywell Home programmable thermostat. They were here at 9am sharp and finished in six hours. Everything happened exactly as they said it would beforehand and I was charged exactly the amount of the estimate -- no surprises! They provided a concrete pad for the stabilization of the outdoor unit and some gravel for drainage. As a bonus, they sealed two thinning spots inside my duct work and advised me to change out my floor registers. They kindly put a sheet of plywood up to protect the indoor unit rather than leaving a hole in the wall.I've used All About twice to pump/clean my septic tank, and three times related to my HVAC. I'll continue to use them and highly recommend their services.

My neighbor receives her water from my well. Late on a Friday her water pressure was very low and she contacted All About Plumbing and a technician came out and said the problem was coming from the well pump at my residence because of a faulty pump switch. We were given a quote for $2248.88 and told we had to respond by 8 am the next morning, and if nothing was done, the well would burn up. My residence is a vacation rental, and fortunately, I have a property manager and a plumber who were able to go and check the issue out. They found everything to be in good working order. This was a huge relief to me and my neighbor. I also would have to cancel the reservation for guests booked to stay, ruining their vacation and causing a loss of income for me. This is nothing short of a very devious practice, and I worry about other customers experiencing the same. The actions of All About Plumbing were highly unprofessional and misleading.

This firm is a joke. I hired them on 10/26 to perform two simple tasks. The first, a new hose bib, was performed correctly albeit at a cost of nearly $300 for the installation of a $50 replacement piece and less than 30 minutes of labor. The second, replacing the drain in the kitchen sink ($180), was a disaster. The technician used the wrong size connector from the dishwasher drain pipe to the kitchen sink drain, and when he clamped it on, he cut it. This cause major flooding in the kitchen when the dishwasher was used. I complained on 11/16, and they sent their supervisor (Evan) out on 11/17 to review the project and "make things right." All he did was confirm the amount charged for the work was correct and that I approved the work before it was performed. He also acknowledged that the connector was the wrong size. However, no apology for the poor quality, no offer of reimbursement for the work subsequently performed to repair their shoddy work. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

Whenever we have a plumbing problem, and we've certainly had our share of them, our very first thought is, "Call All About Plumbing". It's a no brainer for us. They answer the phone at all times, schedule an appointment very quickly based upon the urgency of what needs to be done, and always arrives when they say they will. We've never had any problems with the work they've done, and have even gotten some amazing improvements done. I really can't say enough good things about them. This might seem like a fake review since it's so good, but we're just normal people that just lucked up when we had our first plumbing problem and looked up plumbers one evening when our well pump went out and we were suddenly without water. That was maybe 4-5 years ago, and just today we another visit. I told Vinnie we've probably used A.A.P. 8 times over the years. Every visit has gone exceptionally well. I highly recommend them, and have learned their business has been steadily growing. And you don't get that by lousy service. You get it by folks like us who feel we are getting a great value for our money.

Totally satisfied from start to finish with "All about Heat & Air", would highly recommend them and I'll tell you why. First let me say I called four companies for quotes. I received the quote from Cole (All about Heat and Air) which equaled or beat the others but this was for the top-of-the-line Bosch products. I researched Bosch and believe this to be a very good company. The quote included some duct work, two thermostats, furnace, A/C and hauling the old equipment. After I accepted the quote, they also included another piece of equipment that originally was going to be used from the old system. Also, my first scheduled maintenance call is included with the price. Jalen, JR, Trinity, Ray and Cole spent long hours installing the equipment. I watched most of the activity out of curiosity and was very happy with the care, professionalism and expertise with which they completed the job. My house is 40 years old and there were some wiring issues but they figured it out. The furnace works flawlessly and the new thermostats are very precise (my old one's were the old mercury-switch type). I immediately received an email thanking me for my business and stating that, "If for any reason you are not happy please call us and we will make it right". I believe that even though I am very happy with the job. And by the way, the quote never changed and I was charged exactly what I was expecting. So, I am totally satisfied with the installation work, products and follow-up from "All about Heat & Air" and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of this commodity. I feel like I've made some friends as well.
