I had a simple toilet valve issue and called for an appointment. They told me 8 days, so much for plumbing today but it's in season so I get it. I took off work to be there and they called me at 1 in the afternoon to reschedule for yet another week later. I'm out a days pay and they could care less. I found a plumber who actually showed up when he promised. Never again.

I was really impressed with how fast Plumbing Today responded to my plumbing problem. Kathy Ann from Cool Today sent their Tech, Anthony, who let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. After looking at the situation, he gave me different options for fixing it and told me what he thought was best. Then he went ahead and made the repair, and now the problem is fixed really well. I'm really happy with the result! Thanks a lot to Anthony and the whole Cool Today Plumbing team!

We hired Plumbing Today to handle a big whole house re-pipe. They did an amazing job. Make no mistake, when they say to hire a plumber that specializes in re-piping, they ain't kidding. Alex, our project manager is a vet plumber and set us up with his "A" team. These three dudes had our whole house re-piped in two days with minimum mess and way less damage to the drywall than we could have imagined. The crew was great to work with, professional and made great decisions that saved us from a lot of unnecessary damage. All parts and labor guaranteed for life. We couldn't have made a better choice and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I gave the young technician a great review cuz he was just doin' what he was told! They wanted to charge me $2,200.00 for a 30 gal water heater plus insulation and a 10 year warranty! That price is like double what it should be and I can't see how this company is gettin' away with it! They're takin' advantage of old folks and people like me who don't know what it should cost! Thank God I had a great neighbor who saw what was happenin' and stepped in, and my unit got changed the next mornin' and I got a 6 year warranty on the new water heater from the manufacturer! Shame on you... make sure ya reach out and get estimates before ya do anythin'!

I got a quote for jetting our kitchen sink line 2 years ago. We took good care of the drain, but the grease buildup made it clog again. I called Ray Duncan Plumbing Today and got an appointment the next morning. John came to check everything and arranged for the work to be done that afternoon. 2 workers came to do the job. They were polite and professional, and they both wore masks. One of them even wore shoe protectors when they came into my house to check the drain. They worked really hard under the hot sun, and to make things even better, the company honored my 2-year old quote. I'm a loyal customer, and this is why.

I had a meeting with this company to talk about getting a new bathtub installed in our bathroom. Their guy, Carlos B., came to our house on Dec 30, 2021 around 5:35 PM. During the meeting, he measured the tub, took some pictures, and answered basic questions about the project. He said we would get a cost estimate by either 12/31 or 1/3/2022. But those dates passed and we didn't hear anything from them. We tried contacting them twice to find out what happened, but they didn't respond, except for a generic email saying they'll look into it whenever they feel like it. If they didn't want to do the project, they should have just said so from the start. Right now, I'm not impressed with their customer service, despite the good reviews they've gotten.

The service couldn't have been better. My water heater pilot went out this past Sunday, which happened to be a holiday weekend (Labor Day). I tried to start it on several occasions, but no luck. I called Plumbing Today, and they were out to service the water heater within an hour. Alayna quickly diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. It turned out to be some sort of shield that kept the gas in place for the pilot to light, but it was allowing the gas to escape. Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired.

Luckily, I have a maintenance contract with Plumbing Today, and to my surprise, the water heater was still under warranty even though it was 9 years old. Three hours later, Alayna and her supervisor, Dan, who was on a mini vacation, had the new water heater installed and up to code. They did a nice, neat job and cleaned up the area, removing all the parts and cardboard container materials. They even purged the household water pipes, and we were back in business.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with their concern, efficiency, and attention to detail. Thanks, Plumbing Today!

I no this review is long, but I think it's important info to back up my 5-star rating! I had a water heater that was in really bad shape, and I didn't know just how bad it had gotten cuz it's hidden behind a panel in the wall of my closet. So, when I stopped getting hot water, I took the panel off & what I found was shocking! I knew it had to be dealt with ASAP! I made appointments for estimates from 3 different companies to get it replaced right away. In all honesty, while the estimate I received from Plumbing Today was very reasonable, it was actually about $100 more than the lowest one. However, the amazing customer service I received blew the other company out of the water! From my first phone call to schedule the estimate, to the great interaction I had with Alex J. who came out to meet with me, it was well worth spending a little extra money! So, I spoke with Alex on a Thursday, and he got me scheduled for the following Monday to have a new water heater installed. He even took the time to answer a few additional questions I had before I made my decision. My appointment window was between 12-6pm. Cole Hoschouer and his partner Matt (I'm sorry, I don't know his last name) arrived at approximately 1:45pm, much sooner than I anticipated. Cole explained everything they were gonna do and they went straight to work. They wore masks and booties, and were very careful and respectful of my property. I have a townhouse with stairs that are kinda steep, so I know the removal of the old tank from my closet upstairs and installation of the new one wasn't easy. But Cole and Matt did an excellent job, left everything clean, and were on their way out the door by 4pm. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my plumbing, A/C and electrical needs from now on!

I'd like to add that the day after they installed my new water heater, the toilet they used to drain the old one into stopped working properly. I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not, so I gave Alex a call. He had Cole call me and we discussed the issue. Although he felt the problem was unrelated, he had me set up an appointment with their dispatcher for him to come take a look at it later that day. He arrived just a short time later. It turned out the problem was not caused by the water heater installation, but was likely caused by something getting stuck in one of the lines. Cole flushed it out and got it working again. He didn't even charge me. When I talk about fantastic customer service, this is exactly what I mean! Thank you Alex, Cole & Matt ... you made this whole unexpected mess very easy on this first-time homeowner!
