Tech *** was absolutely fantastic! He was quick, efficient and communicative. I could not have asked for better, he was able to repair a major issue for us same day and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The office staff was kind and courteous and very patient with us as we tried to iron out the details of our situation. Thank you so much for everything!

We called Delta Plumbing to look at our septic tank problem. They came out initially and pumped our tank and gave consultation on next steps. We paid for the next steps in the process that day on April 2nd. We did not hear from them for over 1 month and no one would return our calls. When we finally spoke with someone, they said they would be out to our home. No one showed up or called. Awful service!

Michael and Thomas and a third gentleman (sadly, I did not get his name) came out to service our septic tank. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure we understood what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, why they had to fix it, and how to help us take care of things until it is time to get the septic tank pumped again. They also gave us some great tips on how to take care of our pipes! We've used Delta Plumbing for years and will definitely continue to use them and recommend them!

I was very please with Scott ***'s work. He arrived early. He listened to what I had to say. He evaluated the situation and work to be done. During the work he could tell that because of what someone had done in the past, the work might expand beyond his original assessment, so he informed me of the situation and kept me apprised. Fortunately it did not require the extra work. Over the 30 years we have been in our home I told him he was one of the few repairmen/technicians we had used that really knew what they were doing. We will use him again.

I needed to replace a tub drain that had become rusted. I remembered using Delta Plumbing in the past, so I called them again. They sent out technician, Brandon Smith, and I'm glad they did! The work he performed was excellent. His attention to detail (removing shoes before entering, conscientious, tidy and overall thorough workmanship) was a cut above the norm.
When *** finished, I attempted to give him a tip because he deserved it. He refused the tip! Who does that?! No, seriously...Who does that?
Memorable experiences are what keeps companies in business. Most miss that lesson. Thankfully, *** delivers it.

I have a toilet repair problem. Called on MON 9/27 and they scheduled me for TUES 9/28 between hours of 8a-12 noon. I got up at 8a and patiently waited for their arrival. No one showed up and I called scheduling to see what happened. Spoke with a young lady who was stern and not very friendly. She stated no one was available on TUES and WED and didn't know about rest of week. Very UNSATISFACTORY answer! Gave this company a positive review back in July on previous request for service. WILL NOT CALL them again. Found another company to handle my problem with the toilet in master bedroom today 9/28. As a senior citizen and Vietnam Veteran, I find this experience very Unsatisfactory! Delta Plumbing seems to be a very honorable and dependable company - this was my second time using their services, and both times I was pleased with the service I received as well as pleased with their service technicians. Austin was great and very nice and pleasant and definitely knew what he was doing and told me up front that there were several options I could choose from to fix my problem - he explained each of them as well as giving me the pricing for each one - no surprises at the end! He even had to leave briefly to go to Home Depot (which is relatively close to where I live) to get a part but did not add an additional charge to what he had told me the job would cost. I was very pleased with the job he did and did not feel that the price was too costly. Thank you again, Austin; and thank you Delta Plumbing.

Technician Trace *** was very nice, kind, professional, and knowledgeable.
After we greeted each other, Trace asked if I knew how the septic system work. I did not. So, he showed me a diagram of a septic system and explained how it operates. Before I signed an agreement, he explained what needed to be done to receive a "free estimate." With shovels in hand, Trace and his assistant, JJ, began digging to expose and open the septic tank. As I stood by, Trace described what I was seeing, what it meant, and what I should see once the job is done.
Without hesitation, I agreed to have Delta Plumbing do the job. It was a big, dirty, smelly job, and these guys faced this challenge with great attitudes. I was so impressed by the entire process including their attention to detail, hard work, commitment to completing the job, and providing easy access to the tank for future cleaning. I am so happy with the results, and so glad I chose Delta Plumbing Inc.

Given my experience with Delta Plumbing I would never recommend anyone, especially the elderly, use Delta Plumbing. I called Delta about a stopped toilet as the reviews indicated a plumber I could depend on. What a mistake! The young man came and looked at the toilet and decided it needed to be augured out. His first price was $325. After I told him I that was much too high he lowered the price to $247. I have since figured out that he just used the senior citizen discount, which he did not apply at first. My mistake was, I should have told him to leave and called another plumber. When my toilet (same one) started to leak a few weeks later the last plumber I would call is Delta. The plumber I called came and did the repairs quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I asked about his company's charge for auguring a toilet. His immediate response was $125. Boy was i ever taken for a ride by Delta Plumbing. I guess the young man figured he had an elderly person and could take advantage of him. Shame on Delta Plumbing.

All I can say is Jerry is an amazing plumber! He was at our house within an hour of us calling & gave me three different quotes within 3 hours and was out the following morning (Saturday) and fixed our broken sewer line. Jerry was the 3rd plumber we had out to our house. The first two were horrible. The first plumbers had no idea what they were doing and after I spent over $1K the issue wasn't fixed. The next plumber came out and had all our lines marked (which were not done correctly) and they hit the gas line after digging up 8 ft of my yard next to driveway. That plumber left the hole 8 ft by 8 ft open for over a week with no caution tape or anything and they never came back. Jerry and his team not only fixed our sewer line but found that the city when they installed the gas line hit the sewer pipe with their dredging machine which is what caused the water to leak (20 years ago) and roots found there way to the water. They pulled out a huge root ball which would not have happened if the city didn't hit the pipe. I give Jerry 5 stars and will continue to use Delta for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Jerry and Delta for a great job!
