7-Eleven food

I had complained last week about when I ordered the chicken strip and wedge meal I was told that dipping sauce was now $0.50 a piece even though there's a sign that 2 dipping sauces come free of charge with the purchases of a meal. Today I ordered two 3 strips of chicken 3 wedges and a big gulp for $4.00 meals. There was a big advertisement sign saying this meal earned 500 bonus points. So for the 2 meals I ordered I should of gotten 1000 bonus points plus I bought 2 chocolate bars so I should of gotten over 1000 reward points. I checked my reward points right before I entered the store. I only ended up getting 300 points for my purchase today. This leaving me 700 plus points short. And once again was told I'd be charged $0.50 for each dipping sauce. It's pretty sad that you have signs all over the store promoting your rewards deals and I was excited to get these meals today to earn 1000 points so you can imagine my disappointment to only get 300. And then to say once again you're going to charge me $0.50 per dipping sauce when you have a sign that 2 dipping sauces will be included for free. I'm really getting disappointed in 7 eleven in Olds. As mentioned in my first complaint I have been a very loyal customer to your store since the day it has opened. I am there at least once a day and quite often even more than that. I have spent thousands of dollars here but if this is the way you are going to keep running business I just may be forced to go somewhere else. I would really look forward to a response.

Thank you,
Vicki Rees

7-Eleven unlawful

I was employed at the 711 in Tualatin OR. Unfortunately I was recently fired over the phone on my day off. I had been approached numerious time by my boss Willa in regards to complaints. First tome I was accused of removing the dress code sign off the bathroom door, then I was accused of stealing $20 which I then had to pay even tho there was no proof, I was then accused of smelling like beer which can't be possible as I am currently I rolled in DUI class and have to give urine samples once a week, I was then accused of being seen on my day off and running away once I was supposedly spotted by the manager herself. When I had called out sick I was in a different town so it couldn't possible have been me. All of these accusations I had never gotten written up for and was always approached after it had happened multiple days later. I was never found guilty of any of these accusations but unfortunately due to so many my boss had fired me over the phone on my day off.

7-Eleven the counter staff at bangkok, thailand

My friends and I were at the 7-eleven outlet at Surawong road in Bangkok, Thailand at 05 Aug 2018. My friend have wanted to take a bottle of beverage from the fridge, but somehow, a bottle of beverage was dropped and was broken. But, it was not the fault of my friend as the items in the fridge was not arranged in the proper manner (causing the difficulty to take the bottle of drink that she wanted)

When we went to make our payment, the counter staff was very rude to us, with no smile on her face at all. She google translated to us that we broke the bottle of drink. We paid for it (i think is 18 baht) since there was communication breakdown.

I only wanted to highlight of her attitude as customer service, especially when I approached the counter to make the payment and she was very hostile to me. It really spoilt my night. She can be more friendly in her service.

Attached is the receipt.

Tks

7-Eleven their customer service

It's been hit and we have been going to the 7-11 on Darnestown Rd to get our Slurpies and ice creams and food items like nachos. Most of the time the slurped machines are not working. The ice cream coolers are caring or filled with melted and refrozen ice creams and one was even expired. Yesterday I went in to get nachos and the cheese dispenser was out of cheese. So I asked a lady employee if she can fix it. She went in the back and did not come out for about 15 min. I went in the back of the store to look for her and she was on the phone. I asked the cashier if he can refill it because I had already paid for nachos. He made tone of excuses and when I became agitated he refilled it. They were very irresponsible and does not care about their customers or keeping the store clean. I'm very disappointed.

7-Eleven phone has been busy all night

I have been trying to contact a 7-11 I was at in Stony Plain, Alberta(the store on 48 street) to see if something I lost had been turned in there. Their phone has been busy for the last 6 hours. This has happened before at that store. Stony Plain is not that big or busy, and this was from 9 pm- til 4 am, yet I can contact 2 other 7-11's in Stony Plain, and have. Great customer service there. NOT.

7-Eleven leaving my transaction open and adding charges to my credit card after I left the store

I Paid for gas with my credit card. I didn't want the receipt. When I tried to pump the gas the screen read "one moment please". After a few minutes. I went back in and asked them to reset it. That's when the district manager David got snippy with me and told me that my card was declined. I said it wasn't when I left the store. He said yes it was. I asked why didn't she tell me before I left. He showed me the receipt and I asked why the soda was on there. David told me because he added it after I left. He voided out the transaction after it was declined by issuer. All three employees present were involved in this incident. The clerk, the store manager and the district manager. None of them are worried about it. Because my complaint was sent to the district manager David. I have been asking to talk to his supervisor but have not been contacted by him yet. It has been a month. I was a loyal customer of that store and 7-eleven. But I have not been back since this happened. I'm wondering how many times before has this happened and it went through. I doubt that I am the only one this has happened to. It seems to me that they are encouraging their employees to defraud people's bank cards.

7-Eleven food

I ordered your 8 chicken strips, 8 wedges meal like I do at least once a week in your Olds, Alberta location. Today I was informed that I couldn't get any dipping sauce for my chicken unless I paid $0.50 a piece. I can understand putting a limit on the amount of sauce you can get without paying but to sell me a meal that everyone eats with a dipping sauce but then not provide it free of charge is a joke. I spent thousands of dollars at your store, I am a regular, there is not a day that goes by that I don't spend money in your store and now I'm going to get charged for dipping sauce that should come with my meal? I guess it might be time to go elsewhere for my weekly chicken strip meal considering every fast food place in Olds, Alberta sells the meals and includes your dipping sauce for free. I am disappointed 7 eleven Olds, Alberta

7-Eleven products & services

This store has changed in more ways than one ever since the irabulance people are the new owners. The product quality has declined. They are always out of cups and lids for their drinks. The store is always dirty and the cashier refused to sell me a drink because he didn't have change for a $100.00 bill which was all that I had . The cashiers are rude and every baked good product seems to be old and outdated.

7-Eleven customer service

This is not a complaint but exactly the opposite. I would like to recognize a special employee by the name of veronica she works at 3 different stores 35617, 26574, 13195. I believe she recently got promoted all tho her position has never went to her head she even had to correct me one time but did it in the most respectful way. Her skills are astronomical. I would also like to acknowledge the hole staff who most the time are the best. The owner of these stores treats his employees and customers like no other. He is also great. Thank u veronica for always keeping me laughing and smiling

7-Eleven customer service for 7-eleven rewards

You have a serious problem with your 7-Eleven Rewards Customer Service Department. I phone in a complaint on or about July 18, 2018 regarding a purchase I made at the 7-Eleven store located at 5820 E. Los Angeles Blvd., Simi Valley, CA 93063 the day before.

Two week went by without a response, so I called back. The Customer Service Representative was very apologetic and sympathetic to my problem and assured me the issue would be escalated and I'd receive a response in 3 to 5 business days.

Now over a week later and still no reply, I called back only to receive the exact same apology and assurance that my case would be handling expeditiously and I'd receive an email shortly. The issue is no longer with the store but with the way your department treats loyal customers.

On August 10, 2018 I followed up with a letter to the CEO of 7-Eleven outlining the problems I was experiencing with the Customer Service department of the Rewards Program and the level of frustration and the length I was willing to go to expose the indifference loyal customers faced.

I was contacted by the Manager of that department and I am completely satisfied with the apology I received, and the assurance that the problems are being addressed and corrected.

I will continue to shop at 7-Eleven, but will be more vigilant with the rewards program and all other transactions with the cashiers. I will again contact the Customer Service department with any and all problems just as before, however, if I feel I’m being placated in any way, I will go directly to that manager with my grievance and you will see my complaint posted right here at ComplaintsBoard.com!

7-11 has never called me back when I have called Customer Service. Someone at that store reported that they had attempted to call me back. I was never left any voicemails, not did their number ever appear on my phone.
I don't understand why they don't want to address issues, or clear up various policies. But it stinks !

7-Eleven employee

This is not safe! She is also very rude to customers. This store is located at 5175 Navigation Corpus Christi, Texas. The sign on the cage clearly states "Flammable, No smoking". This is not the first time I have seen it done but the only time I was able to take a picture. If she would have seen me take the picture she would have started yelling at me and called the cops.

7-Eleven cashier named marco

This m as n is indescribably rude. He does not belong in customer service. I stop in this store often and he's hateful, grudging and is truly offensive. I was trying to purchase cigarettes and the brand I requested was not stocked. I asked if he had any cartons in the back he barked no we don't have any in the back and have me a dismissive wave. Finally after feeling like I was battling him to do his job I told him he was an [censored]. He is heinous and I wish I had video'd the entire situation... He demanded I leave the store and became even more belligerent than when I first walked up to the counter. Hes the nastiest most obtuse and "spoiling for a fight" person that i've ever had the misfortune to run across. I've never been treated so rudely... His entire personality says "... You are an inconvenience and I am going to do the bare minimum." as I told him i'd gladly take my business elsewhere... Another customer said..." he is an [censored]. He just mistreated us very badly... (a construction worker and his crew) i'm telling you that he should be released from employment as he's going to chase away customers. I took a picture of him as I left. Horrid man. Horrid...

7-Eleven bus passes

I buy my monthly bus pass all the time at 7-11 and I get told multiple times that the Passes are not available until the last day of the month. I buy them all the time at different times throughout the day. Today i got told by one location that they ran out, and then I called another one to check if they had them. They told me they couldn't sell me one passed 8pm. I asked why they couldn't, and she said it was because of the system. But I've purchased passes multiple times, at the other location, anywhere from 5pm to midnight, and have never been told, we don't sell them passed 8pm.

7-Eleven 7-eleven 1565 56 st, tsawwassen bc. v4l2a9.

I am doing my business of Pizza Hut in 1559 56 street Tsawwassen BC V4L2A9, Just right beside the 7 eleven . i applied for the sign board for the pizza hut to the city office Delta and they confirmed as per the law there is only one sign approved for the whole property (the property has a front of 69 feet and as per the city law only one sign approved for whole area) and 7eleven placed their sign, so as per the guidance of the city and discussed with the land lord we have the legal right to share that sign place.

I also point out and discussed the same issue with the 7 eleven store manager Mr Chak who assured that he will confirm the same after discussing it with the FC but no response till the date.
I just want to put on record that we (Pizza Hut Tsawwassen) should be allowed to put of sign below the 7eleven sign on the same poll.

The land loard confirmed that they also tried to contact with your tea but no response till the date.

We hope that the matter will be consider as URGENT and resolved soon

Best Regards

7-Eleven juul and markten e-cigarettes

On July 26th, 2018 I brought in a MarkTen Elite E-cigarette that I had previously purchased at store number 39310 and asked the clerk (Maestro?) which refill carterages I would need. He gave me a pack of MarkTen's, but once I got home and opened it, I learned they were the "Original" pods and did not fit my device. The next day I went back to complain and was told I needed to buy a different pack, I was handed a pack of Juul Carterages and told these would work. Unfortunately when I got home and opened the pack, I found they weren't even the same brand as my MarkTen E-cig and didn't fit. I had now spent $42 on refill carterages that I could not use all because the clerk has NO CLUE what products he's selling, yet acts so confident when recommending proper products to purchase. I returned to the store two hours later (3am) with my receipt and explained my issue to the manager and asked to exchange the opened pack due to the clerks error. I was told by the manager I could not return an opened product even though it was his clerks fault and was directed to purchase the $40 Juul E-cig JUST so I could use these carterages. I have now spent $82 at 7-Eleven the past two days nearly trying to get refill carterages for my e-ciggerette.

7-Eleven lottery tickets

Hello and good day customer service and/or complaints department,

Yes, around and/or about July 15, 2018 approx: 4:00 p.m. I proceed into your 7-eleven store at 1539 Highland Ave, National City, Calif 91950 to redeem three lottery tickets that were prized at $16.00. The store clerk only redeemed my lottery tickets for only $14.00. I requested to the store clerk that the ticket scanner redeemed my prized ticket(s) at a value of $16.00 and the store clerk refused to acknowledge the fact that he shorted me $2.00 owed to me. The store clerk refused to give me his name. Clerks description: African immigrant with brown eyes 5'9 tall and he speaks with an accent. He is shorting customers their lottery winnings a little by little.

7-Eleven meth head

I went to 7 11 to go get some chips and a hot dog with my husband. I am highly allergic to cheese and all diary products so allergic that it causes death. This is not an exaggeration it is medically documented.
I come in and ask the worker if the 4 for 5 deal applies to the hot dogs or not. I didn't really understand his answer but as i understood it, it was only for the tequtocs or tacos as he called him. So we get up to the cash register and he says okay on quarter pounder for him and one monteray jack cheese for me. And I said calmly that I am allergic to cheese and can't have any. His response was you'll be fine.
That was when I wasn't so calm. I told him that if eat the cheese I'll have to go the hospital and had to tell him multiple times what we wanted which was just two hot dogs not tacos. This person was clearly on something because he keep twitching. This needs to be fixed or your company might be be sued.

7-Eleven cashier

Over three weeks ago I went into store and purchased two slurpiess and one hot dog, I paid for it in full and then the cashier starts serving another person, and another person behind them! I told cashier I had two kids waiting in park for their slurpiess and that I wanted my hot dog so I could get to these kids before their dad picked them up! She refused and continued to serve other customer! She told me she didn't have to!
So I go in again another time, same girl refuses me service, call me crazy so I told her as an ex cashier she was suppose to finish serving me, especially because I paid already for my purchase! Tonight between 6:30pm and 7 pm I walk into 7-11! There she is again, so I smiled and said can we discuss this! She tells me to get out! Then another one of yr employees comes out and tells me she's got video of me stealing? Never stole anything in my life, never! I challenged her to see this video she accused me up! Of course, she embarrassed me with other customers around and told me to leave! I'm distraught, been a loyal shopper of this 7-11 for years! So, saying this, I am getting a lawyer and considering suing for false accusations, embarrassing me and discrimination! I'm upset, unfairy treated and want to see every video of their proof, but I will await yr reply! Shame because they allow drug addicts to hang outside their store constantly (begging for money)
I don't deserve this treatment, i'm well know to my community and do many charities!
Hope this gets resolved before I plaster this story all over the internet, as i've gotten many of my friends to frequent your store, but rest assured, I will never walk into another 7-11store again! Don't take kindly to be called a thief! Tyvm

7-Eleven rewards not going on the rewards cards as advertised during promotions

So yes I have been traveling and been in San Diego California for the past few months and they have a promotion at 7-Eleven if you buy certain things you get extra points there is a 400 Point promotion for getting a big bite quarter pound hot dog and a Big Gulp which comes to 222 plus tax 400 points it is good until the end of August I have on every day for the past 2 weeks almost and 0.5 going on my account and I have also contact them via email five different times with no but he called me back and today I even called customer service and they said they're looking into it.
If they have probation advertising points for certain purchases that you do that over. Several weeks and still no points are added and you make a complaint via email several times with no recourse it escalates to misleading and fraudulent advertising deceptive advertising and ultimately fraud they are enticing people to buy certain things and then the points aren't going on the card my points must be added to the card which is an excessive 2800 points not including all the other items I bought I have 1091 points now and it should be well over 4, 000 pts.
