So they had to come twice to install a floor. They did not tell us the first flooring was going to be inches higher that our original floor. They cut the bottom of our kitchen door several inches higher for the first floor, now it's really open in the bottom. Horrible experience. We complained, so they redid the floor. Now everything was out of whack, including the baseboards, but they took those off the walls. After a couple years, this new floor is cracking, had bumps. It's pretty ugly too. I don't know what else to say, except DON'T CALL THEM! They could care less about you after the fact. Terrible workmanship.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY!
