Initially excited to get a decent price and to get on schedule quick. The sales guy was nice and talked a good game. Day if install they showed up late, showed me a piece of flooring and asked to ok it. Looked correct so gave the the go ahead. They start walking in boxes, no floor coverings down with snow and mud out so I throw down drop clothes. I ask the installer about prep and leveling and he replied the product had a backer on it that did all the sealing and leveling. I asked him to show me since there was a lot of leveling expected. He said he would have the manager call me. In meantime he starts asking me to pay off balance of the job. I said no way until I am satisfied with at least the plan of the job. Manager calls and goes right into wanting paid balance. I kept going to concerns and his only response was that the flooring would be to industry standards and that if I was unhappy they have a 1 yr warranty on install. I asked him to explain how it would be different if I filed a warranty claim in regards to the idea it meets some vague standard now why would they fix it later and why not install it right now. The crew did not even have sealer or leveler with them. They were going to vinyl plank on unsealed open masonry floor slab. He pulled the crew and said someone would call me about coming out to look and oh by the way, every contractor in Columbus gets paid full in advance for work. Never got a call, talked to customer service 3 times, they promise a refund but aant me to sign a cancel that grants them a 20% fee. I say they refused to install, I didn't cancel so full refund. At impass. Do not use them, don't fall for the trap contract, don't fall for the warranty trick. Read reviews about warranty headaches. Also the crew that showed up at my house looked like 3 teenagers but they tried yo tell me it was their best and most experienced crew.
Recommendation: Stay away
