Helo,23nov 2023 shipping my order china to dubai but not received showing tracking deli 26th dec but not received anything plz return my payment.i have send alots of mail msgs but not received anything.im worried about this

Dec 3 rd purchased and said it was delivered yesterday and I never got it. I have contacted the company several times by email they keep telling me that it was delivered check the post office which I did check the name is which I did this is the tracking number. AT140645700CN

ordered 3 months ago and between the seller and the courier they cant even furnish me with who too delivery or what the address was on the parcel. They refer to the local courier but cant tell me who the local courier is. I would advise anyone, unless you have money to squander ensure your seller is not using tran.net.

I had ordered some stuff and I have been tracking it and yesterday received notice that it had been delivered, to New Westminster BC, problem is I never received it, I live in Red Deer Alberta, will you be able to rectify this problem. Date was August 24, 2023.

Till now i did not receive my order and my tracking number is AS035836010CN and when i am tracking it is saying that it was delivered please look into my issue.

Tracking is saying my item was delivered. It was delivered to an address 300 miles away. Not even in the same country! Retailer just saying its been delivered. It has not. This is the 2nd time this firm have delivered my parcel to an unknown address.

This site says they have delivered my packages and they have not. Have called all of the delivery companies and they have not ideal where it is. They all say that they have had not had anything come in to their centers. All of the carriers have delivered here, so they know my house. Some on them even leave dog biscuits for my dogs.

Same as other customer complaints. Receive tracking info that states the package is delivered. They blame USA postal services...it's lost, with a neighbor, blah, blah,blah.

This company seems like a scam. They said my shipment was discarded by usps. That just doesn’t happen. If the item was truly shipped, it needs to be delivered.
