I ordered the item on 18th nov 2023. As per tracking number its shows delivered on 11-12-2023 but I never received it. I didn't know which local courier service has delivered it? Who signed it? Where it was delivered?

I had checked my home camera footage as well but no one cames to deliver it. If things won't be sorted out I will go to prosecution with proff as it wasn't delivered at my address.

I have a list of movement of order by 17Track. They also say that it was delivered on10-3-2023. It was not. I have contacted customer service for item, they just want me to wait. I contacted local delivery companies and post office no one knows anything. No one will tell me the delivery company that is supposed to deliver my order. Do you need more information?

I ordered my package from China and I put my address but to my surprise , when I track my parcel its showing delivered at mailbox in Plymouth of which I live in witney Oxfordshire. Can I please have my parcel delivered to the right address?

This “logistics” company is a total fraud. I ordered an item on Aug 15th 2023 from pomelo.gshopper.com and they “shipped” my item on Aug. 27th. Needless to say the tracking number was fake and they “delivered” my item to a random industrial park warehouse on the other side of my city. Needless to say, I don’t have my item. No one has a clue where it is. There is no way to reach this logistics company. No phone number or email. My bank, paypal, and usps is now investigating. Don’t fall for Facebook pop up sales. These scammers are getting really witty.

We haven’t received the product but it shows it’s already delivered in the tracking link. It’s been 25days since we have placed order yet haven’t received it

I have been to the post office they said that the tracking number is not trackable as I have mentioned to you in the other mails.

The first email you sent dated August 4th with a link to a EMS tracking number does not open it is just blank.

I went on the EMS website to put in the tracking number provided and it said 'AG374672877CN does not denote an EMS item'

The email you sent on September 2nd just shows the above information that the post office cannot use. The post office is looking for a GO tracking number so they can locate it. If the package has been sent to the address on the 17th the tracking does not give the full address just the town.

I am looking for a trackable account of this package and proof of delivery.

I brought a product from a website called linn.com, they sent a tracking code through http://17track.net/. it started to get updated in a few days gap and suddenly the page I purchased from, is not working anymore. It was fishy already, but as I was getting updated on tracking, I was worried less as I thought, the product is out so I will receive something, let's wait and see.

These are the updates I got, the last update was yesterday as it says out door delivery. If the stuff is being delivered, it gets delivered the same day not two, so I start to google and I couldn't find any contact number to call, emailing is just useless because if it is out to deliver I need to call them and ask and mail respond could take days (did contact them with the contact us form, days ago when I received the same update for a week, but no response yet) I couldn't find anything on them, and when I check the review, only complaint and bad reviews, scam and fraud, the seller was a fraud and the tracking website too, working together for the fraud. If complaining here can solve anything at all, I will do.

I lost my money, my time, my hope, my stuff (I guess) and everything. Please someone do something for these kind of fraudulent

I have never had any trouble until now. One time the tracking said delivered then not d3liver3d. Then in NY then in NJ then back to NY twice. I have ordered the same thing for over a year and never had a complaint and now no one knows what is going on. I have been disappointed by USPS several times but not with these orders. Very upsetting. We all have a job in the world, I would hope, why do it half asked? If I did my job half assed people would die and I would be sued. Come on get with it

on May 30, 2023. My order was supposedly have taken up to 15 business days and as June 30, 2023 I still don't have it. The site for tracking is 17track.net. At first it was in the transit stage. I was contacting (niu) at :[protected]@outlook.com. They were responding at first but now I can't seem to get a response. I had no idea this was a scammed and if so these people need to be put in jail. If anyone got their issue resolved please let me know what you did to get it resolved. AQ052837085CN tracking number says delivered today 29th May 2023 at 15.05, yet I am typing these words at 08.50 on the 29th of May 2023. it's also a bank holiday here in the UK so there are no post services working today. waiting for a parcel containing trainers and clothes from China. cant get a reply from the seller. I am furious. I know in not getting a reply to this but wanted to leave this message anyway.
