UsGoBuy Lost shipment

i didnt listen to the reviews before me, now they lost my package and refused to refund. do not deal with them. they will steal your packages and try to pin it on their middle men logistics. they do not refund your stolen packages and im looking now at my legal options. do not be the next victim. they only care about themselves and they dont care about you

UsGoBuy Shipping

Absolute garbage company. First they lie about the weight and dimensions of your packages so that they can charge you a higher price to pocket the difference (as confirmed by the initial courier tracking information to their address compared to what they entered into their system). Then on top of that they do not honor the prices they set on their own website for the dimensions and weight they lie about which makes the cost calculator they provide to entice you to sign up completely useless. Once your package is received at their location with the inflated weight and size added to your account, you can view prices from the list of couriers they use to ship your package, choose one and pay. Now you're done, right? Not even close because they still won't ship to you. You'll have to send multiple harassing emails asking why your package hasn't been shipped despite already paying and they will make ridiculous excuses giving you the run around and wasting endless time claiming that you owe them an additional payment because the price they provided and programmed into their own website that you paid apparently isn't accurate. So at this point they have added 3 additional price increases to your packages but it doesn't end there. They also open and go through all your sealed items without consent which is a federal crime. Piss poor service, no accountability, false advertising, trash communication. The list goes on with this place. What they do is literally extortion. They hold your packages hostage and keep demanding more money with no real justification until you pay. It's straight up fraud. I have used several other package forwarding companies in the past with this being by far the worst, most unreliable and dishonest one. No contest. It's as if they're literally trying to provide you with the worst experience possible all while pinching you for every last penny. It results in an over priced, frustrating, waste of time. I hope the owner takes a long walk off a short pier so the company goes out of business and can spare additional victims the headaches. Complete scam. Avoid this dumpster fire.

UsGoBuy Reshipping

Yes I was saleing my IPhone 11 on Facebook market when a lady by the name of Janet Curtis inbox and was looking to buy she sent me a fake email from PayPal wt a pending deposit of 630.00 dollars that's when I ship my iPhone 11 to suit [protected] me 79 court Portland Oregon 97218 from Clinton Township Michigan only later to find out usgobuy had fraudulent took my phone without depositing my funds to my PayPal account. Please I'm begging u guys to me with this matter

UsGoBuy you might want to read this if you're using this company!

Weirdest thing happen and I remember this company's name because I wanted to Google them when I got home okay I was at the airport going to Johannesburg and some guy stopped me with a box and said his mother was really sick and she needed some stuff from America and he couldn't afford to send it to her because it would cost $300 he gave me a box or tryed to at least and said it would be $8 from where I was going at the local post office but he offered me $25 trouble and was going to pay $10 for the Post Office fee I declined and then his offer went up to $40 for me and $10 for the package to be delivered I still declined I went on my plane and just forget about it well I was seeing on the plane I saw four different people come on with boxes I started talking to one of who happen if you sitting next to me after a couple of drinks and hours he got very comfortable and told me all he knows about this whole thing is a place called US-GO-BUY and he's been accepting boxes ever since the first time he was asked so basically he said he does it every time he travels on a international flight leaving the US there's always somebody there but now he tends to look for them and finds them no problem but then he told me he does not deliver the packages and he laughed and said he just keeps them because he's not sure who or where the scam is coming from or what it's about but he knows it's a scam and figures what comes around goes around to the company at least because he knows it's some kind of scam so what he does is he scams them back because somehow he thinks something bad will happen like he'll get arrested or something at the post office for doing something illegal if he does send it out he's not sure how the scams working but he's not sending nothing out he decided if you can't beat them join them. So far he's gotten computers, gift cards. etc all sorts of stuff. Now I think I know what's going on at this place wow I wasn't going to send nothing here I just wanted to Google the company to see what it was about now I know wow America's great if people can just do this legally

UsGoBuy refusing to return a package they received

I am a federally licensed firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. Ups delivered back to us gobuy / post pony warehouse in oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My ffl license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the atf and ups regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named felix. Do not ship using this company, beware as they are thieves, and scam artists.

UsGoBuy terrible - possibly trying to scam me

BEWARE. Dealing with this company is like dealing with the double headed creature where one head always lies and one always tells the truth and you don't know which. I am pretty sure that I am about to lose the parcel I had forwarded to them. Every question that I ask them is answered in a riddle. They asked me for my password - their technical support could easily be people under the age of 13 by the way they speak and write.

UsGoBuy usgobuy is a terrible & unprofessional scam company

This company is so terrible & unprofessional. At first they said I should verify my ID which is a very big risk; but I didn't mind because I have already purchased high end items. Yet they still delayed to ship out my items.

I had to email them several times for several days before they put a UPS label on it; and it took 4 days before they sent it to UPS.

Now, I have to more shipments pending. It's almost two weeks since I paid for them yet they have not sent them to UPS.

I have lost more than $2k in booked flights using this terrible company. I signed up because of their high rate with hopes I would get quality service; but no, all I got was sluggish and unprofessional service.

I have to plead and plead before they would make any move...so bad.

Weeks after verifying my identity, two of my parcels are still being delayed: U20171130745710 & U20171204745995.

They claim to have shipped one but only created a label for the past five days. I called UPS and UPS said they haven't received it. The other one is just laying there.

I am just waiting to ship all my packages out and that would be the end of using this terrible & unprofessional company.

I have spoken to my lawyer and will sue this terrible company for damages & negligence by Monday if they don't ship out two of my parcels with them before then

UsGoBuy Never do business with them!!

They used to be ok. I don't understand what happened. Benn using them for 3 years and everything was fine.
However, I ordered several items two months ago and the package was never shipped. They don't explain why, no replies, no answer. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I think if they clearly said what exactly happened I would believe and leave them alone for a while. But they prefer me not to know anything.
So if you do so, I will write several bad reviews. I will let everyone know how sneaky you are!

UsGoBuy address change not communicated

My package was not delivered to UsGoBuy and was returned to the shipper.

I have items delivered to them just a few months ago, so I was puzzled.

I contacted UsGoBuy to ask for the investigation but they said that they do not provide support for the package that has not arrived.

Then I found out that their warehouse just moved to another location. They did not bother to let me know about it.

That kind of important information must have been communicated by email, instead of only posted on their website (who would check their websites daily?)

I think they are dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable.

UsGoBuy whole computer lost and even offered to pay me back, but stalled for months. don't care.

Here is my email from USGOBY confirming they lost a reply to my query letter so admit responsibility for the loss of my $1033 computer. I put it in to show you that they are the slipperiest liars in any legitimate freight forward business. I know they send a parcel some times but I tempted their dishonest staff with a one thousand dollar computer, apparently. Here's my compliance letter but they won't send the refund. Just put their foot down and lie.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, we can send you one coupon, you can use it for your next shipment order.

After many emails back and forth where they just put in a senseless and lying form response they finally admitted they were wrong.
So where's the coupon for a $1033 computer, you road thieves? It's about six months overdue now. I will not go away. The reviews will just get worse. Truly if you will do this to me you will do it to others and I bet they are people from far away who order big ticket items like computers. My computer is my livelihood. This is so corrupt. Everybody makes mistakes but you take on karma when you deceive somebody about your mistakes. But this Monica is so bad, a complete liar and will not discuss it, I bet she is fired within six months. UsGoBuy they simply don't want to ship my package

First told me to deliver my shopping list to them
Then when it arrived they charged me and say they would deliver in one max. 24h
Then they claim I have to provide a lot of personal info that waist asked at the beginning because my paypal address is not the same as the shipping address. The only problem is that that is not true as I didn't use paypal
Then they needed me to prove I had paid the package I sent them.
I did send it and I'm still waiting.

UsGoBuy damaged package

I have purchased something from Amazon and seller used this USGoBuy shipping service. When my package arrived it was in a terrible condition. First of all delivery took longer than I expected and I even paid extra for fast delivery and when I opened the package I saw that my item was also damaged! These terrible people refused to take any responsibility. I don't blame the seller because I ordered a lot from him and after I told him what happened he gave me a refund.
USGoBuy is terrible service, they are highly unprofessional and don't want to fix their own mistakes!

UsGoBuy no package

My package was sent via USGoBuy and I never received anything and still have no idea where it might be. I tried to discuss everything with these guys. They claimed that wasn't their responsibility and the more I spoke to them the more rude they were.
Later they said that they already did everything they could but were not able to find my package. The next day my account was closed! That's how they got rid of me. These people are scammers!

UsGoBuy unprofessional

Ordered some items from Amazon and they were sent to me via USGoBuy. Waited weeks and nothing arrived, so I contacted Amazon and asked what kind of shipping service they used. When they told me about USGoBuy I immediately contacted them and asked about my order. They said that they need to check something and since then I heard nothing from USGoBuy!
Later received a notification from Amazon and was told that my order was lost during the shipment. They immediately sent me another package.

USGoBuy is terrible, as a delivery service they are highly unprofessional and unreliable.

sometimes the shipping agent which Amazon used was not good, they leave the parcel on the door without sign of the parcel.The package lost sometimes.

UsGoBuy they just lost a customer.

I had an account on UsGoBuy website and was very satisfied with their service. But one day I found out that my account was closed without no reason. I contacted customer service and they said something about security concerns. I did not understand the meaning of that so I asked them to explain the reason in details, but they never replied and I lost my account forever. Very poor customer service. They just lost a customer.

UsGoBuy they lost my package and impossible to speak with them

Avoid the company www.usgobuy.com at all costs. I sent my package to my sister through them, but these people lost my package and didn’t return my phone calls. I understood that they lost my parcel, when my sister hasn’t received it. We both emailed to the company, but they didn’t reply. I called them as well, but their phone was busy or switched off. They are dishonest and completely unreliable people.

UsGoBuy failure to deliver goods

I live in Europe. In order to purchase goods from some US stores it is necessary to contract an agent who supplies a US delivery address and then forwards the goods to you (for a fee). All of these agents are much alike. They do what they promise. I have used several over the years and never had a problem. Most will offer a 'buy for me' service wherby you choose the US store and the goods required. The agent then buys the goods and you pay the agent using a debit card or PayPal. UsGoBuy cropped up on a search and I decided to use them to buy some items from Walmart (WM). I chose the goods and payed UsGoBuy.. Big mistake. After 14 days there was no sign the goods had arrived at their storehouse for onward transmission to me. Attempts to contact USGB (8) and emails (4) produced no response. I decided to do a little investigation. This company is not based in Portlànd but in China. I raised a dispute with PayPal which resulted in an email from 'monica' (sic) at USGB stating that WM 'always cancel orders' (news to me). And that I should wait (beginning to sound familiar?). At the time of writing this, there is no response from USGB. I continue with my PayPal dispute. USGB are daft. The order from WM was for $140. Hardly a kings ransom and we'll worth their name not appearing here. Beware! There are some dodgy folk out there...

Dear All,

Once again i find myself writing to these kind of email to USGOBUY.
I honestly cannot understand if this company is simply unprofessional or looking for sneaky ways to scam people.
First my order got cancelled and I was not notified..
Secondly, when I was finally refunded i got only a portion of the moment.
After much hassle and about 50 phone calls that went unanswered I was finally refunded all my money, about three days later, and they pretended I was crazy, that the money was there all along.
The cherry on top of all this nonsense is the new development that occurred, yesterday..
After paying an outrageous 3106.47 USD shipping fee, I thought my nightmare with USGOBUY was finally over... But noooo.
As soon as I was finished paying, I got not one but two emails claiming that I have two new packages that has just arrived at the warehouse.. How could that be? I thought to myself, as it has been weeks since I have not ordered anything. So, I did the only logical thing- I requested to get some photos of the mystery packages. From the first photo I got the tracking number, and was able to track that parcel. It arrived at that warehouse, on 16.01.2019...(Exactly as amazon said) Today is the 07.03.2019. Even better yet, It was handed over to a guy named Ken. Well Mr. Ken. What on earth have you been doing with my package for so freaking long? Keeping it warm perhaps? And you decided it was perfect to had it back to me only after I've already paid 3000 USD for shipping?
So, as I type this email, I received a second email from USGOBUY. With 5 blurry photos of the second package. This time the photo was so bad I couldn't make out the tracking number. That is okay, I will use the tracking number given to me when I bought said package. So this package was delivered on the 14.01.

Is this a joke or is this company taking me for a fool?

Well, either way you better have a great explanation to why my two packages magically appeared right after I've paid so much to have everything shipped together.

Plus, they give you a calculator that supposedly, calculate the shipping cost.. Well that is a big fat lie also.. No surprise there..

You better have a good explanation for this.
This company is a fraud, a scam and unprofessional.

I have experienced the worst customer service from these people (who I believe are actually based in china) I am missing a large part of my order, the most expensive part! They have blamed couriers, blamed Walmart and requested proof from me. I purchased insurance - id love to actually see the insurance document but no responses are forthcoming. As a poster above said - I bet all the 5 star reviews scattered around are from them, they are all made by people with only one review (no valid accounts). This company is a fraud and should be shut down!

It has been two weeks now and my items are still not on the way to me. Their buyforme shopper couldn't buy from any website other than amazon, even my eBay items were cancelled and that is where my nightmare began, then they would charge overpriced fees including for service. It's kind of sad they charge this much when all they use to buy on amazon are gift card which were gotten for much less(Another scammy way to make money off customers). They wouldn't update orders with tracking info timely and when they finally did, they made me go through the hassles of webmoney and all the verification and delays it entails when they could have just provided me with their receiving info and then I split the payments so they could go through. Now I have paid for my items to be shipped since 24hrs, this is what they say on the final page, yet the warehouse didnt ship my package all through the whole of friday and then i have to wait until monday now since they dont work on weekends. In all, it is a very terrible experience as I have used other services which were timely, less expensive and didnt put a huge toll of stress on me. I would advise anyone not to use them. I will never use them and neither of my friends will. I have also provided all of my identity things to them yet they continue to randomly say I need to verify my identity. Can't only imagine if these private documents get into the wrong hands. Don't be fooled by the positve comments on here, they are either as fake as USGOBUY or paid for.

Be aware that merchandise will miraculously disappear and you will not get any proof unless you pay for picture. This is the biggest fraud I ever encountered. And you will not get a refund of your loss.

I had a similar experience and I can tell that every 5 star review of USGoBuy, around the web, was written by USGoBuy themselves! The broken English, the ironic emphasis on superior communication, the generally glowing language — it all rings true. My experience with USGoBuy was a nightmare, and I would suggest that you NOT use them. They took my money, and their sweet time. Purchases are made by manually by one of their few agents. So, if something is time-sensitive, you'll be biting your nails waiting for the transaction to go through. These agents are also thoroughly incompetent. Mine put down the wrong address to his own business, and had my order mis-delivered. No one at USGoBuy monitors the shipping status, so mistakes can only be caught by you, the client, but you won't be able to change anything, because your name won't be on the order. The customer service reps, Selina and Justin, are polite, but clueless at best and dishonest at worst. They tell you that they'll do this or that to fix a problem, but nothing ever happens. They tell you they'll be in touch, but they never call back. It's the same promise every time, but sometimes they'll invent something to shut you up. I was told, after two weeks of phone and email inquiries, that my order had finally been collected from USPS and brought to the right address. Their website never confirmed that, and over a week later, USPS returned my package to the seller. It had always been at the USPS warehouse. In my near decade of proxy use, I have never wasted so much time and money on such incompetent and dishonest fools. Their rates are low, but even then, they aren't worth the stress and the disappointment.

UsGoBuy they lost my presence and refused to help me

I used the services of the company www.usgobuy.com, when I wanted to send the present for my mother. The company turned to be slow, unprofessional and in result I was completely disappointed in their services. I paid money, but they have lost my present. I asked to return money for the services and provide compensation as well, but these people refused and stopped to communicate with me. Awful services and company as well.

UsGoBuy they steal items from the customers

I bought some stuff and www.usgobuy.com was a delivery company. I got the confirmation info and they called me before they arrived to my place. But when I got the package and opened it, 3 items disappeared somewhere. I contacted the seller, but he told me that such problems already occurred, but it wasn’t the seller, it was this company. They simply opened all packages and took all what they wanted. They steal from customers, so better don’t deal with these scammers.
