I live in Alabama, I contacted the store in Middleton, OA and a foreign man said that address is a house/apartment, not a store..He hung up and wouldn't take my call again..He has my parcel from Jkshoppingday app...Jkshopping claimed my package came here in Alabama, but my Shop app clearly notified my today that my parcel was successfully delivered to 11 E Main St in Middleton, PA, I'm am livid!

I ordered 2 healing nest beds from a company called Fidelia at the end of November 2022 for Christmas presents but never received them. I’ve gone back and forth with the company, and they say they used 17Track to ship it. A few weeks ago I was informed that my package had been delivered but it wasn’t. I had to tell 2 people that they were not receiving the gifts I had bought and it was very humiliating. My tracking number is AG467007443CN. I just need to know what my next form of recourse is? I ordered an item 4 weeks ago from a company called Comeshirt and have been tracking its progress via the 17Track website. As of yesterday it is showing as having been delivered but is nowhere to be seen! There is no notice card in the letterbox and hasn’t been delivered to any of my neighbours. The local post office knows nothing of my item. I have checked the delivery address listed on my order with the company and it is correct.

I was home all day yesterday so I know no one attempted this delivery at my address.

I have had no response from either comeshirt ir 17Track as to the whereabouts of my item!

I ordered a pair of boots from preferentialls out of china on November 10 th on December 13th the tracking update said package was deliverered in at my mailbox/courtyard. It was not delivered I called usps they were informed of the issue I gave it a week to maybe show up at my local usps but after the week past they still were unable to give me any information on this package they did not deliver it to me because they did not recieve it. And now the company is going to give me a refund I just want to know why track 17 said it was delivered when in fact it was not?

This company is saying my parcel has been delivered at 8:00 pm on the 22/12/2022 when I checked on line, funny when I sent the sent text to the seller it was only 5:53 pm on the same day trust pilot has totally got it wrong about this company, apparently this happens all the time with them you will not get your package. I have two packages say they were delivered on the 19th and 21st I did not receive them. I ordered 2 different products and they were shipped thru this service. One of the orders was made 10/16/2022 the other was made 11/26/2022. It makes no sense why the company decided to use this service to ship my packages because it is not only confusing, it takes forever and it doesn't deliver your packages. I am still waiting for my packages. And when I email the carriers/sellers I am not getting any responses from them. It's like they knew what they were doing and set us up and just took our money. So now I can't even ask for a refund because I can't get a hold of them to get it either. This is just ridiculous and nonsense. I really want my product that I ordered. Now I'm out my money and the stuff that I wanted when I placed my orders. Lesson learned once again. Be careful what you shop for online. Because you never know if you are getting a deal, lied to, cheated, got, or deceived.
