I am writings to say about a parcel that was suppose to be delivered to my address yesterday but I did not receive it could you tell me where it is and what address it was sent to . I got an update what time it was delivered and it didn't get singed I did not get it could u please look into this for me, and why was there not a signure took and a photo took when it was suppose to be received.

So this morning 11/8/2022 I get a message saying my order was out for delivery I ha e been home all day waiting for the delivery and nothing has been delivered I just got a message at 710pm on 11/8/2022 saying my order was delivered I went out in the rain to get package amd there was nothing out side the company is sending fraudulent messages saying it was delivered when in fact it has not ! Order # ug671742546yp has not been delivered.

My orders tracking claims it was delivered 13 days ago, this is wrong, I was home all day on this day and it says it was delivered to back door. I’ve tried contacting the originally company I brought the product from and they also say that it states it’s been delivered. This was a present for my child and I want this resolving so any help would be grateful.

I've been waiting almost 6 months for my parcel, they delivered it to the wrong person in the wrong province, I paid a lot of money for that parsel, I want it back. If I don't receive any feedback from you within a week or my parcel then I will take it further even if I have to take you to court.

As it was expected that my parcel would arrive to me between 10-18th OCT 2022 to me, I was waiting for it, so I contacted the service number provided in the email for an update regarding my parcel, they intimated to me that Pat Pat is not handing their parcel to us for delivery since many days and your and other parcels are all pending at Pat Pat warehouse Pakistan and advise me to wait. I again called them on 12 Oct and they again repeated the same FAKE inability and this happened, again and again, finally, i called again on 17th Oct on the same number [protected], and again requested for the delivery of the parcel to me, the female person introduced her namely Ms. Mehwish repeated the same story and said we are no longer working with PAT PAT and your parcel is not with us and suggest me to approach PAT PAT for further assistance. i did the same and PAT PAT negated their stance and advised me to wait for one more day so the maximum time for delivery is passed so they can escalate things with the logistic partner.

As the last date for delivery is passed the logistic partner updated the parcel status as DELIVERED. which is not correct and misleading actually they have stolen my parcel and deceived everyone. kindly help me over the issue my email is

On August 24th, I placed an order with Yi Yu Media Co, Limited in the amount of $36.93 and order number 13S2V-2AYKZ30 and tracking number LW253975469CN, says it was delivered in or at mailbox on 9/8/2022. When I couldn't find it, I went to your website and it shows it was delivered to Suffern, NY and I live in TN. It was delivered 750 miles away in another state. I placed an order with chic me on 5/31/21 in the amount of [$1068.37]. I was charged for this purchase however i never received my package. I contacted chic me more then once trying to get this matter resolved but was told it was the shipping company's fault not there's. As per the rep i was speaking to she advised me i cant get a refund unless i contact you first. who states that in order for me to get a refund i must file a complaint with you guys and need a confirmation number.
