But a lot of companies don't ship internationally, so I was really happy when I found NYBox. They've been a lifesaver for me. They send me an email when my package arrives and I can log into their website to get more information. I can choose how and when I want my things shipped, and I don't have to wait very long for my package to arrive. I've already told a bunch of my friends about NYBox because it's such a great service. I really recommend them if you're looking for a way to get things shipped from the US to other countries.

Apparently, Aramex told them it's "in transit," even though the tracking number doesn't show it in the carrier system. Like, come on, NYBox, can't you at least ask your carrier when the flight is supposed to be? It's a real shame, honestly.

NYBox is a company that I would not recommend working with. I have had a terrible experience with them and I believe that the positive reviews you see online are fake. When I received my item from NYBox, they immediately closed my account and asked me to provide two pictures of my ID (front and back). I was hesitant to do so, but I wanted my item so I complied. However, they didn't stop there. They also asked for pictures of my credit card for "verification" purposes. I was worried about this because I knew that they could potentially use my credit card information for fraudulent purposes. Unfortunately, I allowed them to do so because I wanted my item.

In their terms of service, they state that when you use their service, you accept that they are able to allow third-party services to charge your card. This is a huge red flag and I wish I had read the terms more carefully before using their service.

To make matters worse, NYBox is currently holding my Google Pixel 2 and refusing to return it to the sender or release it to me. I am extremely frustrated and angry about this situation. I plan on contacting a lawyer and beginning a lawsuit against NYBox on Monday.

So, I had two shipments with NYBox, and I decided to use their repacking options to save some money on shipping. I paid a huge total amount to ship them, but unfortunately, only one package arrived, and the second one was nowhere to be found.

I immediately contacted their customer support, and they told me that they were sorry, but they were not able to ship one of them. Finally, NYbox is amazing when it comes to customs. My country has very strict customs and they don't let anything in if the declaration isn't correct. NYbox is an expert in customs declaration and they write good descriptions, which means there's less chance of my cargo getting stuck in customs.

Save yourself the trouble and don't use nybox.com.

I saw a lot of reviews about this service NYBox and there were a lot of positive ones so I decided to give it a try and ordered two items via NYBox. One item arrived in a timely manner but second one did not show up. When I contacted them they said that they were unable to ship the second item. When I asked why they literally had nothing to say. Their rep told me that if I really want to get that item I have to pay extra $40 for shipping. What kind of joke is that? For some reason they didn't ship half of my order and I already paid for it and then they said I have to pay again! NYBox is a total scam site, stay away!
I refused to pay and asked for a refund and they said sure, but I'm still waiting. Horrible!
