So, I recently bought a pearl top overlay from 12th Tribe. The website said it was a one size fits all, but when I got it, it was way too big for me. I tried to adjust it, but it just didn't work. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it.

When I went to return it, I saw that they had a policy that said no refunds on accessories or final sales. I didn't think it applied to me because I was buying a top, not an accessory. I mean, sure, it goes over another top, but so do sheer tops, and those aren't considered accessories, right?

Anyway, when I tried to return it, they told me that the top was considered an accessory. I was really frustrated because I didn't think that was fair. I mean, I understand having policies, but this just seemed like a way to rip people off.

I complained to customer service, but they just told me that it was their policy and there was nothing they could do. I was really disappointed because I thought they would be more understanding.

Overall, I would say that if you're looking for good customer service, you should probably look elsewhere. There are so many options out there, and I don't think it's worth it to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Wow, the prices on 12th Tribe's website are astronomical! I don't really think it's worth it to buy their dresses or coats for almost $80, so I didn't try them out. I did take a chance on their sequin skirt, and while it was nice, it wasn't exactly worth the $50 price tag.

I have to admit though, their shipping is top-notch. My order arrived just six days after I placed it, and every step of the shipping process was clearly communicated to me.

As far as the quality of the skirt goes, I was a little disappointed. The waistband was just an elastic band, which wasn't the most attractive look. And the material wasn't very thick, making it feel similar to something you'd find at a Forever21.

All in all, I think that 12th Tribe's prices are a little too steep for what they offer. If you're looking for high-quality pieces, you may want to look elsewhere. But if you don't mind settling for cheaper materials, their clothing may be worth a shot.

First of all, their website is a nightmare to navigate. I spent like, ten minutes just trying to find the item I wanted to purchase. And then, when I finally found it, I was shocked at how cheap the material was. Like, I wouldn't even use it to wipe my feet on.

But stupid me, I went ahead and ordered it anyway. And when it finally arrived, I was even more disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture on the website, and it was basically unwearable. I don't know how they get away with charging so much for such garbage.

So, I decided to try and exchange it. I went to their NYC location, but there was literally nothing in there that I wanted. Everything looked like it had been plucked from a dumpster. And don't even get me started on their return policy. They charge like, a million dollars just to send something back. And then, when they finally receive the item, it takes them like, two weeks to process the refund. It's insane.

I don't know how anyone can continue to buy stuff from this sorry excuse for a store. There are so many other online stores out there with way better quality for the same price. Trust me, don't waste your time with 12th Tribe. Your wallet (and your sanity) will thank you.

So, I recently copped an outfit from 12th Tribe and let me tell you it was a real toss-up if it would look good on me or not. I am one of those ladies who have bigger knockers but a somewhat smaller physique. Nonetheless, being a newbie to the 12th Tribe website, I read through the return policy but apparently, the outfit I ordered wasn't eligible for return. Oh man, was I bummed? But, I didn't let that hinder me. I tried reaching out to their support team and explained my situation. And can you believe they allowed me to return it? That's some real rockstar customer service.

Now let's talk about the quality of the merchandise itself. It was exactly like the picture online, which made me pleasantly happy. The quality of the outfit was superb, especially for the price point. In this day and age, it's tough to find something that's good quality and worth the bucks and 12th Tribe definitely didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, the outfit just didn't fit me right, but trust me it had nothing to do with the quality.

All in all, I will definitely be a recurring customer not only because of the great quality of merchandise but also because of the excellent customer service I received. 12th Tribe really knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back for more.

12th Tribe's clothing is pricey considering the quality of the fabric and stitching. I was disappointed to find that some of the sequins on my dress were falling off right out of the package! Furthermore, the sizing is all over the place. I tried four different dresses and found that only one of them, in size Large, fit me properly. In other similar brands, however, I usually wear a small to medium. The cherry on top was the $10 fee for each item that you want to return. It's outrageous!

On top of all that, they sent me a "free gift" that was simply the ugliest piece of costume jewelry I have ever seen. Even though it was free, I couldn't take it and sent it back with my return. Honestly, I was not impressed. I won't be ordering again. Instead, I recommend checking out Free People. I've had their dresses for years and never run into any problems.

Bought a pair of real nice pants from 12thTribe 'cos they was on sale. They was not labeled 'final sale', so I figured it was safe to get 'em. When I got 'em though - OH BOY - they was letdown. The cloth was flimsy and cheap, not what I was 'spectin' at all.

Well, I thought it was no biggie 'cos I got the pants on sale, so I figured no harm, no foul. I tried to return 'em though, and that's when things got a lil' sketchy.

12thTribe told me that the pants was FINAL SALE, even though they wasn't marked as such. They got me there, didn't they? I mean, if they had been marked final sale, I wouldn't have bought 'em and wasted my money on such a shoddy product in the first darn place.

So, I goes to the customer service chat thingy on the website, and they tells me that they can't accept returns 'cos the pants was such a great deal. What does that even mean? Don't know what kind of business that is, but it sure ain't how ya treat customers.

I gotta say, the whole snafu with these pants, the sketchy return policy and talkin' to some customer service rep who didn't help makes it clear to me that I won't be doin' business with 12thTribe no more. If you looking for some nice clothes, ya can definitely find better places to spend ya hard earned cash than here.

12th Tribe has my return clothes now; at last, I have had a confirmation. However, to my dismay, the company has failed to contact me for WEEKS since receiving my returned items in order to process my refund. I was within policy and my clothes still had all tags attached. I even added my name and email to the receipt. When I reached out to them, they told me they have my return, yet they refuse to refund my payment until I close my credit card claim. That just doesn't sound right to me!
The customer service representative from my credit card company instructed me that if I close the claim, there's no chance of retrieving my refund, and 12th Tribe could then process it. It would subsequently shut the claim, so if there were any issues, I wouldn't be able to re-open it. Why is 12th tribe NOT RETURNING honest people's items? This ordeal has caused me to document and message 12th Tribe for hours, and I'm still without a refund of the $593.80! I WANT TO CRY! THEY STEAL YOUR RETURN basically. I made sure to message the company before I shipped the items back, and I tried to comply with everything they requested. In the end, all of my efforts were in vain due to 12th Tribe's lack of integrity.

It was made out of cheap plastic, and it looked like it had been scratched and partly broken. I couldn't believe that I had spent so much money on such a poor quality dress. Although it was not completely unusable, it definitely needed some alterations to make it look good. I could have easily gotten something similar for a much cheaper price at Forever21.

The silver discs on the dress were made out of flimsy, scratched plastic, and the neckline had a cheap plastic clasp that you had to adjust. If you didn't do this correctly, the neckline would sit way too low, and let me tell you, it's not a good look. I'm 5'-7" tall, and I got a size small, so you can imagine how ridiculous it looked.

Now here's the kicker - when I went back to their website to submit a review, I couldn't find a place to do so. This led me to wonder if the "verified purchasers" were just brand ambassadors or people being paid by the company to submit 5-star reviews along with professional-looking photos. I even tried posting a review on their Facebook page, but unfortunately, they had turned off the comments.

I didn't end up with two of the same items, and my refund came through in a matter of days. Every single time I deal with these guys, I'm just blown away by how easy and quick they make everything. Other clothing brands I've tried in the past have been so frustrating and unhelpful when I've had issues. It's a huge relief to have found somewhere I can trust to take care of me when I need it. I mean, I'm a busy student with very little extra cash. Who has time for bad customer service, amirite?

so i tried 12th tribe, which is an online store for clothing and i wont lie, my experience was not the greatest. i ordered a large size but they sent me a small which was a major bummer. i tried to contact them several times but they never got back to me which added to my frustration. now im out $65 and pretty disappointed overall. i was really excited to try their stuff but now im hesitant to order from them again. buyer beware!

Yo, I gotta say, I am not feelin' 12th Tribe at all. First off, I didn't get everything I ordered, which is a total bummer. And the stuff that did come reeked and felt super cheap.
