They also tell you how long it will take to get your items if they are "in stock and ready to ship". My dress took exactly seven days, which was the time it was supposed to take. My favorite part was that my dress was wrapped very neatly and it even had a cardboard box on top so I wouldn't cut it while I opened the box. They put two postcards in there and even instructions on how to care for your dress. I loved that attention to detail.

Simply Dresses has dresses for every event, in every color, and for good prices. They aren't exactly cheap but they aren't crazy expensive either. I would definitely shop here again.

When I contacted Simply Dresses and advised them of the issue and sent them photos, they offered me $15 so I could have the elastic fixed. I felt that this was kind of a slap in the face, considering I had paid $178 for a dress that she did not even get to wear the whole evening and had on for a little over 2 hours.

I ordered 2 dresses on the 20th of September. According to the website, the dresses were scheduled to ship in 3 days which would mean they should have shipped either the 23rd or the 26th at the latest since the order was placed in the afternoon. Today is the 29th the dresses haven't shipped and customer service has no explanation. I've reached out by phone and can't get anyone. I've reached out using their customer contact form and have received what seems to be generic responses because they all say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. It's like they took my money with no intention to send the merchandise.

I contacted SimplyDresses and demanded my money back, but they refused and said that they used "fast shipping" and then they said that everything was UPS fault. Instead of 2-3 days I have been waiting for over a month! I will not buy from them again!
