This store is a complete disaster! I made the mistake of purchasing from Simply Dresses because they offer afterpay, but boy was that a mistake. I read some of the reviews, but I never thought it could be THIS BAD. I was extremely disappointed by the two dresses I initially ordered, only to find out that I was unable to receive a refund. Instead, I was stuck with store credit since it was a sale item (and let me tell you, everything on their website is a sale item, but it's only $2.00 off... they really RIP you off).
I tried to make the best of the situation and used my store credit to purchase 2 rompers and a sun dress. However, I cannot begin to explain how CHEAP the fabric is and how INCONSISTENT the sizes are for how much money was spent on their products. I mean, even FOREVER 21 has BETTER quality than this store! This has been one of the most regrettable purchases I've ever made, and I will NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE.
In fact, I'm thinking about making a video just to WARN people to steer clear of this JOKE of a store. It's really a shame that they're still in business, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

I ordered 2 dresses on the 20th of September. According to the website, the dresses were scheduled to ship in 3 days which would mean they should have shipped either the 23rd or the 26th at the latest since the order was placed in the afternoon. Today is the 29th the dresses haven't shipped and customer service has no explanation. I've reached out by phone and can't get anyone. I've reached out using their customer contact form and have received what seems to be generic responses because they all say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. It's like they took my money with no intention to send the merchandise.

I had the worst time ever! Ordered a prom dress from them and paid extra money for fast shipping. After that I received all the confirmations and SimplyDresses promised I'll get my dress within 2-3 days. But dress didn't arrive and when I contacted SimplyDresses they said that there was nothing they could do to help me. They claimed that my order was shipped and the rest was up to the shipping service. According to what they said my dress was sent via UPS, but when I contacted UPS they said that my package was sent via regular post. I contacted SimplyDresses and demanded my money back, but they refused and said that they used "fast shipping" and then they said that everything was UPS fault. Instead of 2-3 days I have been waiting for over a month! I will not buy from them again!

I have purchased a dress from this scam website and had a terrible experience with these guys. Ordered my dress from SimplyDresses and it arrived in a timely manner.
My dress was very small and tiny and there was no way I could ever wear it. There was also a broken zipper which was stuck.
I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they claimed that they were not able to refund me and offered a replacement. So I sent the defective dress back and was promised a replacement within two weeks. Waited patiently but nothing showed up and when I tried to reach someone from SimplyDresses they ignored me. What a scam! Avoid!
Bought a dress for my daughter for her 16th birthday after trying it on at home (it was shipped) size was off. We tried sending it back but they refused us a refund. Horrible customer service, and product sizes are way off so you getting something you will not be able to wear and you out of money.
