The unit arrived defective, with one of the parts non-functional (Too small, from a different product). They requested I send them photos, which I did, and then continued to insist that there was nothing wrong with it. They offered a refund if I shipped back to the manufacturer so it could be resold, but because they refused to acknowledge the defect they wouldn't pay shipping, which (Using the cheapest ground service) was almost as much as the baby gate cost! They are an amazon marketplace seller, so amazon refunded my money with their a-z guarantee, but stay away from stores123, they are dishonest.

never received product

I never received this order and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. I am a long time amazon customer and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This outfit is a third-rate outfit with just lousy customer service. This is what happens to when you subcontract your customer service to india. They don't have a clue. Don't ever and I mean ever buy from these people.

terrible return policy

Do not ever purchase anything ever from this company. They said they won't accept any return if the package was opened. However, how do you know if something is damaged until it's opened? They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did, then sent me their policy on unopened items. What??? Totally corrupt. I'm posting bad reviews wherever I can about them.

Purchased through amazon and they will not post review. Purchased item and power washer becasue ours just quit. (Second on in little over a year) so husband wanted the professional model not personnel since he uses it daily for about 30 minutes. I found and ordered, meanwhile he decided to call the company since there was a warranty on the one he was using. They stated he needed to switch to the professional model as the one he was using was not designed for daily use. They offered a deal with the warranty on the upgrade. I then contacted amazon to to cancell the order that had been placed only a few hours earlier. They passed that on to the company. The next day the company emailed and said they would not cancell the ored but it would ship shortly. I then requested a return authorization since inspite of the explaination they would not cancel. They then offered a 5 % discount if we would just keep it. Told them had no need for 2 (Which would have been over $ 1, 000. Returned item as soon as it arrived, company wanted me to do the tracking and all on the return. Shipping back was $ 56. And then they deducted $100 from the refund. I will not buy anything from this company. It should never have shipped and the refund should have been complete.

    OMG, I had such a similar experience with them as you! I ordered furniture on June 30th, and then cancelled the order the next day, July 1st, 2020. They emailed me that it was already being shipped, so they could not cancel it. I received the HUGE package delivered to my driveway, and called Amazon to help, as it was on their site. I really don't know why Amazon does business with them.

    The girl at Amazon was very nice and helpful and she sent them an email regarding my return and refund, as they had notified me that I was to pay a 15% restocking fee and they could not have a carrier pick up my large items that I could not bring anywhere. Then, they said that they would mail me a shipping return label, but it cost $100! My order was only $277!. They also told me, as they told you that I had to be sur I had this certain code on the return label, and that I had to call them with the tracking number after I sent it back! Whew!!! This has been so exhausting and stressful. I ordered furniture concurrently from Wayfair and Overstock.com and they made the cancellation/return and refund process so smooth and seamless.
    They had FedEx pick up the items right away, and also UPS and they did not charge me!
    I would NEVER EVER do business with 123stores ever again!!! They just wanted me to buy that furniture, because they could have cancelled the order, and they lied about the shipping date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
