5/23 purchased to transfer files and settings from a older laptop to a brand new desktop. Transfer seemed to go fine aand everything was good till i tried to use any of my files on new pc. all of them were somehow corrupted despite it going off without any problems. sent an email the next day and recieved an auto email back someone would be in touch. now a little over 2 weeks later and still have yet to hear any reply of any kind. no not in spam or trash folder i've checked. I 3d print and have lost tons of files over making this really bad choice.
Claimed loss: no idea other than what cost of lost files might be and the $139 i paid for this program.
Desired outcome: min refund me my $139 I paid for program that didnt work.
