NewRockies - Buy this module. It works!
After failing to resolve a no-start issue for a couple of years due to GM's security system, I finally have my '93 Deville starting consistently. I have tried every recommendation that I was able to locate on Cadillac forums, the internet, etc. I came very close to scrapping the car. However, your module successfully bypassed the security system...

I ordered the passlock module for my old S10 Blazer which was unusable for 5 years due to the trouble of the security system. The module was dispatched swiftly and tracking information worked well until the muppets at UK ParcelForce lost it! Eventually having located it and charging me an additional 120% of the purchase price for customs fees and a 'handling charge' it was delivered in a damaged box. Anyway I sent it and the car to an American vehicles specialist in the UK who fitted it. He needed technical advice from New Rockies due to UK spec cars having difference wiring colours fro US vehicles. The information was supplied by NR and the module works great. My car is now usable again and I'm very pleased. My tip is to get the module fitted by a professional!

Mixed Experiences with NewRockies Inc.: Two Stars for Spotty Performance and Poor Tech Support
I gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with NewRockies Inc. Sometimes their modules work like a charm, but other times they just don't seem to do the trick. And let me tell you, their tech support leaves a lot to be desired. You can only communicate with them through email, which can take days to get a response, and even then it's usually just a short and brief message.
Despite all that, I'm still giving them two stars because they have helped me out in the past. But the last two times I tried to use their modules, they just didn't seem to work. It's frustrating, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes.
Disappointing Experience with NewRockies Bypass: Product Didn't Work and No Refund Yet
So, I spent a good chunk of change, $259 to be exact, on a bypass from NewRockies Inc. I thought it would be a good investment to fix my passlock issue. I installed it myself, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I reached out to the experts at NewRockies and they said it was defective. So, I sent it back and now I'm just waiting for a response. It's been a while and I haven't heard anything yet. I'm starting to think I won't be getting my money back.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I wish I had just gone to the dealer to get my passlock fixed. It would have been a lot less hassle and probably would have saved me some money in the long run. I don't think I'll be using NewRockies again in the future.
Overall, I would say that my experience with NewRockies was not great. The product didn't work and I haven't received any communication from the company about my refund. It's a shame because I was really hoping this would be a good solution to my passlock problem. If you're thinking about using NewRockies, I would suggest looking into other options first.
NewRockies Inc. Bypass Module Review: Save Your Money and Go to a Mechanic Instead
So, I went ahead and installed the module from NewRockies Inc. I was pretty hopeful that it would solve my problem, which was intermittent, but it seemed to be working just fine. However, after a while, the problem came back. I tried a few other things to fix it, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I decided to take it to a mechanic to see if they could figure out what was going on.
As it turns out, the problem was actually with my BCM - the very part that the module was supposed to be bypassing. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. I had spent $279 on the bypass module, and it ended up being completely useless. To make matters worse, NewRockies Inc. wouldn't even give me a refund.
So, my advice to anyone considering buying the bypass module from NewRockies Inc. is to save your money. It's not worth it. If you're having problems with your BCM, you're better off taking it to a mechanic and having them diagnose and fix the issue directly. Don't waste your time and money on a product that doesn't work and a company that won't stand behind it.

NewRockies Inc: False Promises and Poor Customer Service - A Scam?
So, I was trying to get this product from NewRockies Inc (newrockies.com) and I was emailing with someone from their team. They told me that the product wouldn't work for me, so they gave me the information for returning it. I followed the instructions, but they haven't responded to me after 3 attempts. I think they were just waiting out the 30 day return period, so now I'm stuck with a product that I don't need. They promised that I could return it with no questions asked, but that's not what happened. It's really frustrating because I don't have a lot of money and I feel like they just took advantage of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it seems like a scam.
NewRockies Inc Passkey Module Review: A Real Pain in the Butt Installation Process
Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with NewRockies Inc. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a shot and buy their passkey module. Let me tell you, the installation was a real pain in the butt! Don't believe the hype about it being easy, because it's not. The instructions were a total joke and I had to spend a whole 8 hours on it.
On my truck, I had to either remove the whole dash or cut a hole in it to get to the GM passkey module. I went with the latter option and cut a hole in the inner plastic dash support. It wasn't pretty, but it did the job and you can't even see it once the trim goes back on.
But hey, it seems to have worked so far. My truck is running smoothly and I haven't had any issues with the passkey system. I just wish they were more upfront about the difficulty of the installation. They should have a big warning on their website that says "some installations may be challenging or seemingly impossible."
Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the installation process was a real headache. If you're thinking about buying from NewRockies Inc, just be prepared for a tough installation process.
Mixed Experience with NewRockies Inc's Pro Module: Good Customer Service, but Installation Issues
I had a real tough time trying to get my car to start. It was giving me the dreaded 'Starting Disabled' message and I was at my wit's end. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing seemed to work. That's when I heard about NewRockies Inc and their Pro Module. I thought this might be the solution I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The installation instructions were a bit confusing and didn't match the wiring on my car. I had a hard time figuring out how to connect the TDM, which was a real pain. After many attempts, I finally gave up and decided to return the module for a refund.
Despite my disappointment, I have to say that the customer service at NewRockies Inc was pretty good. Jack in tech support was really helpful and tried his best to help me get the module working. He was patient and understanding, even when I was getting frustrated and angry.
In the end, I had to admit defeat and take my car to a mechanic. He installed a new Passkey Decoder Module and got the car running again. It was a relief to finally be able to drive my car without any problems.
Overall, I would say that the Pro Module from NewRockies Inc may work on some cars, but it didn't work on mine. I gave them 2 stars because of the good customer service and the quick and easy refund process. If you're thinking about trying this module, just be aware that it may not work for you.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with NewRockies Inc. for 2006 Saab 97X with GM Passkey III Anti-Theft System
I wanna talk about NewRockies Inc. I gotta say, I ain't too happy with their customer service. I hit 'em up three days ago, asking if their product could help my car out. Now, my ride is a 2006 Saab 97X, which ain't on their list of compatible cars. But most folks don't know that it's basically a Chevy Trailblazer with some fancy Saab touches. It's got that GM passkey III anti theft system, and my problems with it are just getting worse and worse. I'm in a real hurry to get this fixed, and I'm feeling pretty desperate. So I ask NewRockies if they can help me out, and what do I get? Nothing. Not a peep.
*Update - I mean, come on. Even just a quick message to say they were looking into it would have been something. But nope, nothing. And now I find out my car ain't even compatible with their product. I'm just about ready to break down and cry.
Disappointing Experience with NewRockies Inc's Pro Module for 1998 Chevy Truck
I recently bought the pro module for my 1998 Chevy truck from NewRockies Inc (newrockies.com). I was really excited to try it out and see how it would improve my truck's performance. However, since the first installation, I have had to remove and reinstall it three times. I have checked the switches repeatedly, but they are still the same as before.
I managed to get the module to work on two occasions, but it only lasted for about a day before it stopped working again. I have been talking to tech support for days, but there is no phone number to call and no other way to contact them besides waiting forever for a reply via email.
When they do reply, it's always the same question - have I checked the wiring and switches? But I already told them in my previous message that I had already done so. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I really wanted this module to work, but it seems like it's just not worth the hassle.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with NewRockies Inc. The lack of communication and support has been really frustrating, and I don't think I would recommend this product to anyone else.
