While the software initially appeared to work, my PC soon became extremely sluggish and developed numerous registry issues, including duplicate and conflicting entries. After about a day, I encountered the Windows 11 equivalent of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Following several unsuccessful attempts by Windows to automatically repair the problem, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved.
My only option was to perform a complete factory reset of the laptop and manually reinstall and reconfigure everything. This process took approximately 20 hours of work. Although the reset ultimately restored the computer to proper working order, it was a significant inconvenience and resulted in a substantial loss of time.
I contacted the company multiple times to request a refund, but I never received a response.
