Hired professional computer company to choose software (I paid for).
Old to new transfer stopped with no feedback more than an hour into the program running (3 times). More than 10 software programs did not transfer. Data files were found in files not related to the software where it was found after the program ran (somewhat). No response to calls.

Desired outcome: reimbursement.
