Nyman Turkish took wonderful care of me thru the almost two year fight for disability. I was updated on a regular basis, my questions were answered in a timely manner and felt confident in their ability. The lawyer who prepped me for the hearing was excellent and very well versed in this area of law. I would highly recommend this firm!

They were very helpful and very knowledgeable with my case and help me get the disability I deserve. They were always there for me every time I call if I couldn't get in touch with them. I will leave a message and call the next day. And they would always called to check to see if you were OK and if you had any new information that pertaining to your case.

Getting highly irritated, over six months ago and SS DI still doesnt have a complete application. Hired them based on all these fine reviews. Have gone through six case managers so far. The associates with Lyman & Turkish have been so helpful, considerate in what I was going through, there were several case managers that I had that were very polite in keeping me notified with what was going on with my claim. After being rejected for disability insurance twice my last hope was a hearing in front of a judge. I contacted Nyman Turkish who organized my case. My case manager, who was extremely diligent and proactive, contacted my doctors and obtained my medical records for the hearing. With all this evidence, the judge approved my disability. I was also awarded a year's backpay. My Lawyer, who was highly knowledgeable and skilled, and my case manager, who was incredibly supportive and resourceful, knew exactly what medical information the judge used to make the decision. I know I would not have been approved without them. I am extremely grateful for their expertise and dedication.

After being denied several times by social security regarding my claim, this firm has the “know" in what was needed for my claim to be reviewed correctly. I would recommend Nyman Turkish PC to anyone who wanted their disability case professionally handled in a team setting, giving you the best expertise in each part of your disability case. I had the best case manager, Bradley Setera, who guided me with not only with patience, but with dignity and respect., which is really important when are feeling so vulnerable. My case went through multiple appeals and took 1 1/2 years before I had my hearing with the Administrative Judge. The lawyer handing that part of my case explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel comfortable about the process. After all of that I received a fully favorable ruling and I can't thank the staff of Nyman Turkish PC enough. I would highly recommend them if you are serious about your case. I am very thankful for Nyman Turkish for taking my claim and actually helping me get my disability from Social Security. I had consulted with a firm in [insert name of city] which is close to my [insert name of state] home a couple years ago and they barely looked at my paperwork and told me I did not have enough to win a case against Social Security. This made me feel like I was just going to have to wait until my retirement years to earn any income to live. I felt very defeated. Then I pulled through some anxiety and depression and seen an ad for Nyman Turkish and gave them a try. It worked! Several states away from me and they were so compassionate about my case, my feelings and went through hoops to help me in accomplishing my win to get my disability from Social Security. I am forever grateful and thankful for Nyman Turkish law firm for helping me get through a difficult time in my life and actually helping me. I am blessed.

It started in November when I spoke with them and decided to hire them, but then a few hours later I called them and told them not to do the paperwork as I was going to do it and didn't need them. I continued to call as I never received a call back. They went ahead and filed it anyways without contacting me and then just recently I received not a call, but an email stating I needed to contact them! I wrote and told them they needed to contact me. They did and I told them all the many times I tried to reach them and never a call back! The caseworker stated in an email that I would be liable for the fees incurred which I don't know what fees these are! They said they would file a petition with SSA to get their money! I have not been awarded anything and will never go through them if I were you! I don't know where I stand in all this and SSA has been reaching out to me personally, not this firm and yet they are going to file a petition to get money? DON'T USE THEM! NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM AS THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK!

I can't thank Nyman Turkish PC enough for helping me get my social security disability benefits after previously denied by SS office. Once I contacted them they went right to work on my case. Melissa Nyman, one of the partners was very professional, compassionate and very involved in my case. I was assigned a caseworker, Lacy Canzoneri, who was with me throughout my case, constantly keeping me informed and helping me with any paperwork needed.
