I sent money by Zelle to my son Okoyathomas olumide in chase bank on 7/25/2023 amount $354. His number was deregistered with Zelle at the time by T Mobil when changing plans so he never received it. I have followed up with Welsfargo from my account and also he has done same with chase but money can’t be found. Kindly either pay it back to me or transfer to me. If this isn’t the correct department pls forward to them and notify me where to follow up.
I have exhausted speaking to customer services and they basically told me they cant do anything same with chase.
I WONDER WHO HAS MY MONEY AND WHY IT SHOULDNT COME BACK TO MY ACCOUNT IF MY SON DIDNT RECIEVE IT
