I got a savings account with SaveBetter. Been tryin' to take out our big bucks, but no luck. They been doin' this "maintenance" thing for like 5 days now, and it's makin' me real suspicious. I reckon they might be a scam site. I done reported 'em to the *** and FDIC, just to be safe.

I opend my acount usin SaveBetter Raisin yesturday. I called them strait away to ask somthing but they never picked the phone up. RED FLAG! I already depoisted $1,000.oo into this and just now I tried to withdraw what I depoisted and close this acount but it did not let *** need to close this acount and get my money back. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCHEMER!

I opened a no penalty CD with SaveBetter. I tried to close it, but they told me to send an email and wait 24 hours for instructions. I called them because I didn't get a response after 24 hours. I waited on the line for 2 hours and then got disconnected. I sent them an email reminder on Jan 24 and again on Jan 25, but still no support. I called multiple times, but I was always put on hold and didn't get a response. I don't know how to get my money back from them.

On December 9, 2022, I made a deposit to *** for a 14 month no penalty CD in the amount of ***. I was then redirected to SaveBetter, which took me by surprise 'cause I thought it would stay in the *** Bank. A few weeks later, I bid on a house, which got accepted, and I need the money to close by the 31st of January. I called to get the money out and no one answered the phone. They never answer the phone. I've been holding on for most of the day and nothing. I then emailed them saying that I needed my money, and they told me it would have to stay in for 30 days. It's been 30 days and they've used every excuse not to give me my money. The reason I invested in no penalty was so that I could get the money at any time. Now, I can't get my money and I need it. If you can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I gots money in a bunch of accounts with SaveBetter. I tried takin' out $1500 from one of my accounts with SaveBetter *** and sendin' it to my other account on January 10, 2023. SaveBetter took out the money on January 12 but then they quickly put it back. They said it was 'cause of a glitch in their software. On January 13, my SaveBetter account showed that the withdrawal was done on January 13, which was weird. When I called 'em, they said it was part of the glitch and that I should see the money in my other account by the end of January 13. But guess what? It didn't happen. I called 'em and emailed 'em a bunch of times, but their responses were all generic. They said they'd fix everything the glitch caused by January 18, but nothin' happened. When I called again, they said the transaction was done on January 13, but I can't find the $1500 anywhere. I was real surprised they couldn't find out where the money went. They asked me to send 'em statements from my other bank to prove I didn't get the money, so I did that right away while talkin' to 'em on the phone. They said they'd fix the issue by January *** mornin' at the latest and I should hear back from 'em. But nothin' has been fixed and I'm still missin' my $1500. They haven't even tried to explain what's goin' on or give me a plan. I'm confused how a big financial institution can't keep good records of their transactions. Are they tryin' to hide somethin' bigger than what I can see? I wonder how many other customers had the same problem and didn't notice. Where the heck is my money goin'? I just want my $1500 back ASAP.
