Zaxby's review: Service and management

We stopped at Zaxbys in Athens Ga off Barnett Shoals and the service was terrible. There were over 10 employees on front counter and 4-5 in the back. No one was doing their job. Shakira was on the Register and was very rude. No one knew what they were supposed to be doing. There were 8 cars in drive thru and no one being helped. They need new management! I was patient as well as 3 other customers that had to come in because their order was wrong and incomplete. They need help at this location and proper training. If it weren’t for Christian Sailors everything would have been a disaster. Christian was doing his best to everyone’s orders corrected and out to them while everyone else was not worried about the customers.
