Zaxby's review: Rude service.

I visited the Americus, Ga. store on May 27, just after 1:00P.M. At the drive thru, I made my usual order of the House Salad and a large tea, NO ICE. At the window, I rec'd my food and tea with ice. I made them pour it again. A very large, older black woman stuck her head in the window and stated that I should have requested no ice so she wouldn't have to make it again. I informed her that I stated such. She had no reply but to give me an evil look. I don't know if this woman dislikes Caucasians, but she shouldn't be working any where near the general public. I will not be visiting this store again and I'm a resident here.
