Zaxby's review: Food was altered, refund only partial, no help from manager or distric manager

I went to Zaxby's on Zelda mtg al. My food was altered. Not complete order. And I was laughed at by employees. When I turned around and went back the food was taken and I was only hvn a partial refund. I spoke to Michelle James manager AND Rodriguez Jones. No apologies from ANYONE. Nothing. As a matter of fact, I was literally discriminate against. Here I sit at a complete lack of understanding of why. I have brain cancer and my marine vet hubby just had his 41 treatment for lung cancer. First real food we were going to have on more than 30 days. We literally waited til it opened so we could get it fresh. We are appalled. My food was taken and part of my money which btw is disability, was stolen. I have receipts. And I know it's recorded there. Please help me understand what WE DID WRONG BY SUPPORTING YOUR BUSINESS?

Desired outcome: At the VERY LEAST I want my money back and an apology from the employees.
