I ordered multiple items one of which was a zaxbys club. I requested that the sandwich not have lettuce or tomato & the cashier repeated that back to me. When I got my food I had both lettuce and tomato. When they gave me my corrected order it was clearly visible the unwanted toppings were simply scraped off because i still had lettuce on my plate. My sandwich was not fresh like the other things I ordered because my cheese was no where near melted or looked as if it would melt.
