On 1/9/21 I went to order a salad in the drivethru and asked for a salad with shredded sandwich lettuce instead of regular lettuce which I have done there and other location in the past due to medical issues. I was told by employee #345 Miyah J they would not do that and when I told her they had done it multiple times in the past she became rude and told me "well we won't do that anymore". I cannot understand the difference in the value or difficulty in preparing the salad that way.
I also noticed most employees were not properly masking properly with several with their mask under their chins and others with their mask under their nose. Alabama has a public mask order in effect.
Your employees are violating state health code and your employee Miyah J has serious customer relations issues.
