Zaxby's

Recent I have complained about this rude individual everytime I travel to tennessee I stop at 5228 nolesonville pike to eat at this restaurant, hakima fennell works there and always gave me problems each visitation, I am so tired of her attitude. She always serves my food as a mess the chicken was cold and old. I mentioned this to her. She replied with a sour face and refuse to make it right then she proceeded to say I will give u the money back and told me to leave the store. I really think this person has several issues, she appeared to be high on drugs and I finally took my momey and left the place of business. The second time, she started rolling her eyes and was talking about, e to the coworkers, which things almost snowball out of control, I am the bigger person and felt the need to contact this company because I always been a fan of eating there, but she, makes my trips impossible to get my meals at this particular location. She always smoking amd doing different drugs before working for your company, its hard to deal with people like hakima, therefore, I will never return to this store as long as she is employed there. I am going to complete abigger report with the state of tennessee of you can't control your employee. All I would love to do is continue to eat at my local place but I refuse while she there.. Never again, just plain nasty and rude the profanity is horrible, im so disappointed with zaxby period! Same day as photo, proofs of her being high in uniform.
