Zara.com review: Undelivered parcel

Zara had told me they have delivered my parcel. I got a photo of a single name (which I assume if the delivery driver) on a white sheet. There is no logo for Royal Mail or tracking number. The order says delivered on the Zara app. 12 times I’ve tried to talk to them via the chat and WhatsApp options. They tell me to check the area or wait to contact an agent and nothing comes of it. The next day I open another chat and so that’s the 4th day I’m doing this. Zara have stole my money and no product. I cannot afford this at Christmas time. No one will speak to me or call me about it
