Sojourn Pottery Still waiting for replacement dishes after defects found

Do not buy from this company! I purchased two full sets of dishes from Sojourn in December. I generally like the dishes - but within the two sets, there were three defects, so I contacted the company. Kate responded that she would replace them, but they were out of stock and wouldn’t be available until March. March and April came without hearing from her...

Sojourn Pottery SCAM dont waste your money

I placed an order on Oct 2nd, 2024, and still have not received my order. The website promises orders to be shipped within 3-5 business days, and it has now been well beyond that. I have contacted the company multiple times through email and their website with no response. I am just trying to cancel the order and get my money back at this point but the company has ghosted me.

I have been reaching out for WEEKS with no communication or update regarding my half missing order that got “lost” in JULY and no one has followed up with me and I’ve never received my shipment. Very unprofessional and honestly I feel scammed at this point. Do better. Make this right for me.
