bought two jackets and a pair of shoes on April 19. order ready for pick up in store on April 25, i pick it up april 26th
I file online to return order, zara gave me date of may 22nd.
I went to return my package on may 22nd. the person at the cash was very rude and told me that i pass my due date. i told him that i have a return label with may 22. I had to argue with him to acccept the return. he refused to give me his name. I felt belittled and like I was begging to get my money back. Long line in store, everyone staring at us. This is not good customer service! He called the manager over, they both tells me the same thing without looking at the return slip i had. they kept referring to the date of purchase on the computer, and 30 days would bring us to May 19. I explained that it only arrived in store on April 25

It's a beautiful store with beautiful merchandise. I would like to continue shopping there, but not with customer service as such.
