The YMCA of Middletown reached a report of inappropriate touching. Got an attorney. After 3 months of minimal response to my attorney calls, emails, and letters, a hired legal firm responded to my attorney. The received letter had misrepresentation of the fact. I have given my attorney the green light to demand the preservation of all evidence. Indicating that litigation is a real possibility.

I’m not going to allow the YMCA impugnment my character.

Desired outcome: Restoration of my membership
