Suzanne told me I was not allowed in the building, and told my child she was no longer in the program after I went down to the YMCA and paid a check for my parent fees due. They were still due because my bank had to stop payments and reverse other payments due to unauthorized withdrawals from the YMCA. This being the 4th occasion my bank said they have a 6 month waiting period to allow authorizations from the YMCA.

Claimed loss: My bank charged me 5 over draft fees for the 5 payments that were taken out of 186 when it should have been 2.50. I have had no child care since they told me my daughter could not attend. I am being discriminated against.

Desired outcome: I would like my over drafts covered, I would like my daughter back in the program.
