Yippee Tech Terrible Experience with Yippee Tech: Lost Files and No Fix

yeppee tech is the worst. i gave them my computer to fix and they didn't do anything. not only that, but they took all my important files and locked my computer so i couldn't even access it. i tried calling them but they didn't answer. i'm so mad and frustrated right now. i would never recommend yippee tech to anyone. stay away from them if you don't want to lose your files and money.
