I've been having some trouble with Agile Tech Solutions, LLC. They keep taking money out of my business bank account without permission. They say it's for Quickbooks support, but Quickbooks support is supposed to be free. I've talked to them on the phone a bunch of times, but they keep giving me the runaround. They even said they had a recorded authorization call from one of my employees, but when I checked with her, she said she never talked to them. They won't let me listen to the recording either. They keep telling me to talk to their boss, but he's never available and when he is, he just hangs up on me. They said they issued a credit, but I never got it. It's been a real headache dealing with these guys.
