DiodeDynamics Disappointing Experience with DiodeDynamics Lights and Customer Service

I recently bought some lights from DiodeDynamics and I gotta say, they're not that great. The installation was a bit of a pain in the butt and the instructions weren't super clear. Plus, the lights themselves aren't as bright as I was hoping for. I mean, they work, but they're not exactly lighting up the night like I was expecting.

On top of that, the customer service wasn't all that helpful when I reached out to them with some questions. They were pretty slow to respond and when they did, they didn't really give me the answers I was looking for.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with DiodeDynamics. I was hoping for better lights and better service. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
