Buyback Surgeon I sent 3 iPhones to this company and they told me that one of them was blacklisted

I sent 3 iPhones to this company and they told me that one of them was blacklisted. Now they have all 3 phones and I haven't heard back from them since Friday. I asked for my blacklisted phone back and payment for the other 2, but they haven't responded to my calls or emails. I wanna talk to someone on the phone because they're not answering any other way. I'm worried they might be a scam and took my iPhones. I know it might not be true, but I can't confirm it and there's no one to talk to.
