BEWARE I order kit from treluxe sight. They said money back guarantee. I wanted a month to receive items but I thought it would be worth it But unfortunately it did nothing for me used only once.I had affirm set up but called them right away and paid off in full. Money back quarantine is a rip off I had to pay $15 dollars to ship back to company. It's going on second month I have tex many times about this problem they say Com. Will get back but they don't.please don't order from Treluxe hair products They don't stand by there refund policy so far I am out $65 dollars

Claimed loss: $55.00 pulse $15.00 for shipping back around Total $70.00

Desired outcome: I would like my money back as I sent the items right back
