Took car in to repair left rear wheel abs sensor. Did not want to quote; left car and late afternoon after a text I had to call them to get pricing. Wanted $782.82 to replace part. Said I'd only pay 1/2 for diagnostic even though I gave them a two-code diagnostic telling them what the problem was upon arrival. Never told me the amount. Dropped price to $482.82 saying they would replace with a cheaper part. I said no. Charges $215 an hour for labor, over $200 for a full diagnostic, and shop supplies that everyone pays on each invoice, based on the total of the "ticket" or invoice. The total for 1/2 diagnostic was $115.24, including $7.43 for shop supplies! Biggest mistake ever. Still don't have my car fixed.
Claimed loss: $115.24
Desired outcome: Refund (never should have charged me since I already knew the problem and I didn't sign any agreement for them to do the diagnostic).

⭐⭐⭐ Fair shop, but transparency could improve
I brought my car in for a rear left ABS sensor replacement and provided the diagnostic codes upfront. The staff were responsive and professional when I followed up, and I appreciate that they took the time to explain things.
That said, I was surprised that I didn't receive a written estimate before work began. After calling to ask, the initial quote was higher than expected. They did offer a reduced price with a cheaper part, but I ultimately decided not to proceed with the repair. I paid for half the diagnostic fee, which seemed reasonable for their time.
My only suggestion would be to provide clear, written estimates upfront so customers can make fully informed decisions. I think this shop has good potential, and a little more transparency would go a long way in building trust.
Overall, decent service, but room for improvement on the pricing communication side.
