Yelp.com review: Park King Long Term Parking JFk

I parked my mini van for 15 days while going on vacation. When I called to be picked up from the airport upon my return I was not informed the driver would be calling me when he arrived. The driver was very rude. He said he had been calling me. I told him I don't pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize and he went on to say that was my problem. I was also charged an additional $20 although the Shuttle is free. Based on the contract it is free once too and once from airport. What happen to pleasing the customer. I would rate them 1
