Do not purchase a car from Ann Arbor Mercedes-Benz. They sold me a car with three major issues which are air-conditioned did not work after an hour of driving it, rattling was going on in the back so I took it to Mercedes-Benz Traverse City. They found a transmission mount leak. Also the right rear shock absorber was damaged.

Speaking to Todd, the sales person several times over the past week he kept saying he would talk to the financial manager and see what they could do to fix this issue because they should not have put that out there to this date. I have not heard back from them. Their customer service sucks.

Traverse City Mercedes-Benz fix the air conditioner cost me $200, fix the transmission mount but that was leaking another $200 and the right rear shock is $1000. So for a car that I’ve had for five weeks I’ve already put $1500 into it with no assistance from Mercedes-Benz Ann Arbor.
