I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom on June 10. Now it is August 18 and I am STILL getting a run around. The adjuster came out and made a report to the company. The Internal Adjuster is based in Florida and I'm in Cali. She gives the run around, I have to call multiple times to only have the same promises made and not followed through. WORST customer service I have EVER RECEIVED. Wish I could give 0 Starts.
